Lloyds require the shares to purchase to be available before selling the held stock. They cannot sell to change from one fund to another without risk of losing shares if they are already requested by previous and therefore prioritised buy order. It is not allowed simply to do a "slide" transfer without available shares. Against the rules old chap. Unless, of course my broker is lying to me.

It's ok to laugh with people. It is still an indicator of an unsocial personality to laugh at them, even though social media appears to indulge those who do. Maybe because those who do, can only communicate anonymously, rather than socially. I good baseline would be to assume we are all laughing together as it is the season of good will to all.

Depending on what that rise is DVH. Would you not keep a couple of million for all of the waiting, just to see where it goes? You cant sell unless someone buys and if someone buys, they then think it is a good investment. We speculate not on what we originally did but now on: PEPR drops, finance announced, 1p+. Production in Q1, 1.5p+, top slice and keep free shares. £30m mcap not out of place for Cobre and LCCM income stream. Say nice things about the BoD, sentiment rises, 2p+.

It's obviously started. If a broker triggers a price monitoring extension just to do a 5mil rollover, then the free float is quite small. Everyone holding their golden tickets and not willing to let go. That is a good position to be in when the PEPR drops. Any buying pressure will lift the sp.

Probably the Broker struggling to find enough shares for the trades so had to set the bar high. Even on a rollover, they have to find enough to be able to do the trade in one go and save fees.

Looks like a rollover. Same volume in and out with minimal brokerage.

As these amendments come into force on the 1st Jan. Does this affect our PEPR application if not approved by then? Not read all the way through them yet (as you will see why, if you look).

Deals don't wait for results. Would have been nice for less dilution, but it is still interesting given the current state of global manganese stocks and the earlier decline in prices. Now the demand is going up sharply as is the price to feed China's alloy market as it pushes ahead with it's economic recovery. This could have been a shrewd opportunity grabbed while it was there. The Market seems to think so.

Sitting here in my Bar surrounded by the stuff wondering if now is a good time to start the slow desensitisation, so that a full blowout on New Years even doesn't result in the worst hangover ever. We are about to be warded the PEPR. We should have a plan so I foresee production in Q1. If I didn't I would take my money and complaining elsewhere.

Hence the need for a new 2020 presentation on Leigh Creek, with all of the conclusions of the latest economic report from PPM Global.

We shall all look back on this and laugh when we are sitting at 25p, year end 2021. Natural Resources Global Capital Partners will have found a way ahead for Redmoor and Leigh Creek will be in production. Lots of back patting and kissing and making up will have taken place. I will have converted to the Church of Optimism having been excommunicated from the Church of Cynicism and the 3 wise men (we all know who you are) will be proved correct. I am looking forward to saying "well done BoD, you certainly earned that bonus".

I invested in HC not LCCM. All of the hype turned out to be just that and no longer currently worth pursuing.
We (current and potential investors) need to know that LCCM is not the same. We need to know that this time around:
We have better expert (hopefully different experts) advice.
The advice has been independently verified.
A full 2020 presentation on the state of LCCM (we need it to be resold to us on a factual basis and new investors need to see we have overcome the issues).
Acknowledgment that we can immediately move ahead with the project on receipt of an approved PEPR.
The BoD update us if the PEPR is not going to be issued this year (as they have confidence it will be).

There is to much history of over promising and under achieving, while rewarding as if the "over promises" were achieved. The only way to regain trust is to present the reality today and move forward. No more hype.

Cornish. We undertook Due Diligence. We employed experts. The Due diligence would have highlighted " issues pertaining to the leach pad design and processing recovery" and the "experts" would have had to persuade the non experts that they had overcome these issues. Re-reading the 2018 LCCM presentations and the 2019 LCCM presentation, makes for a fantastic investment. The reality reality make me ask if the "experts" had third party liability insurance, because someone got this very wrong and it cost many people a lot of money and will cost them even more before it is sorted.

If you look at page 2 you will see what Pheonix actually produced, including daily average tonnage and the copper percentages in the cement. That may help anyone trying to price this before we get any information out of our BoD.
