Options are a reward structure designed to push those to achieve the Option target. These are in the form of warrants which have not been issued. If the share price reaches 1p between now and 30 December 2022. Those holdings the Options as stated in the RNS will be able to purchase shares to the number awarded via warrants. If the sp does not reach 1p within the time frame stated, the Option to buy expires.
It is basically saying, if you can work to lift our SP we will allow you to buy shares at today's rate, if targets are hit.

Full of New Year Cheer. We have a vaccine for the China virus. We need to become more self sufficient from China, for many reasons. We have the keys to the UK's future in Cornwall. PEPR due very soon on LCCM and the nights are getting shorter. Looking forward to 2021 as an improvement on 2020. We are still below audited asset value alone, so expect a tick up as the money tree buds start to open.

Opinon is, it will come when it is ready. The RNS with results will be released as soon as they have the results from the company doing the assay.

The RNS treats it as two individual transactions "Peter Wale (Executive Director) has today sold 3,875,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and purchased 3,875,000 Ordinary Shares through his personal Individual Savings Account ("ISA").".

Bed and ISA is a sale and buy. I have had this conversation a few times with my broker (Lloyds) as they have had to collect shares on occasion to carry out the trade.

Less tax is always a sound plan, if done legally. That's cemented those shares for him and also shown that we are still in a period where Directors can deal.

Many questions:
Would SML become a shareholder and SML get a % of any profit proportional to any SML holding?
Would we (shareholders) get shares issued pro rata in LCCM ASX?
Would LCCM ASX pay bonuses independently of SML (see where I am going with this one)?
Would we lose out anymore than a finance deal would cost us in dilution?
Would we end up worse off if this happened instead of a JV?
Would we get a SML shareholder consultation or vote on this?

Can't find the "closed" dates for the Dept. for Energy and Mining, SA. But LSE is open until 12:30 tomorrow and then on the 29th and 30th, with a half day on the 31st. So don't throw the PEPR under the bus just yet. Surely we would be updated if this were not to happen this year, as they were more than happy to pin their confidence to that time frame.
