Apologies if this has already been posted... just goes to show that Tesla could theoretically have been in the running, maybe they wern’t in reality but I remember when lots of naysayers were here saying it would never be possible. https://www.bbc.com/news/business-56288781
Pure speculation but I’d say the 100k share buys look like they’re BlackRock related... we get the 8.3s and I could tally up the 100k share buys but it’s beside the point, ii loading up is the end result either way, there aren’t many PIs that have multiples of £28-30k to keep loading up like the recent trades show!
I intend to top up whenever I have spare capital, be it £100s or more and however long it takes, it takes. Trust in the BOD who have delivered time and time again, albeit slightly delayed (sometimes)
All aboard the good ship Eurasia.

If all of these shorts closed, and from what I read that’s what they are, and then we get ‘the’ RNS before open on Monday. We haven’t seen much leak apart from maybe RNS being logged and spiking the price in the short term, so it would be a shame if that did happen in one way, but F*C*ING GREAT in the other...

I’m by far no expert in the Finance world, although I do have some exposure through work... it’s limited for M&A.
Worthy of a post.
Ranges of success fees
There is a wide range of fees charged on the sale of a business in investment banking. Below is a very rough guideline of ranges that can typically be seen in the industry:
$0-10 million: >10%
$10-100 million: 3-10%
$100 million-$1 billion: 1-3%
>$1 billion: 0.5-1%

We can be sure that UBS / CITIC are NOT working for peanuts here. Current MCAP ~£1B (~$1.3B) = 1-3% or £1-3M at the rates stated above.
Do we think UBS / CITIC would be working on a success fee basis for such a small number? Personally, knowing the types of deal they typically get involved in, I don’t.

Ask yourself this, why would a CEO leave 50Moz for less, why would any CEO jump ship like that.
AND as correctly stated above.
Further updates will be provided in due course including the potential of James Nieuwenhuys joining Eurasia's board if these matters progress. Further updates will also be provided on this if it progresses.
Lesego Platinum owns, what the Directors' rate as a world class PGM assets located some 300 km North-East of Johannesburg, at the northern end of the Eastern limb of the platinum rich Bushveld Complex. In the video Rowka posted a weeks or so ago, Dmitry stated that he will not put all eggs in once basket And that diversifying distribution is key in his strategy... if we are sold to one this goes out the window however, and the video was shot well before his M&A role was announced.
No M&A position, without M&A activities. Simple
Just spoke with Wendy, lovely southern lady with a fairly strong Landaaan accent.
I ask Wendy about the RNS and what she could share with me.
The response I got was if you don’t know what the forms are, I can’t tell you, and I am under NDA.
I keep getting these calls and just because my name is on google etc etc.
I told her I called the number in the RNS and thanked her for her time.
Sorry it’s not better news chaps.
