I listened to the last one before when you first posted and didn't hear common law mentioned.
May have missed it.
However just been listening to the citiesabc interview because I remember the topic but not well.
He talks briefly about it in relation to the UK regulatory framework and how from that same framework he can roll it out into the US and Middle East, so its basically saying the same rules apply to various regions meaning its easily expanded. But in Italy its a much tighter system which requires further tweaking , I think that's why Italy was such an important step, because getting over all the hurdles there means it can be done anywhere.
I'm sure there's another term for it , I remember it been discussed a fair bit but its on the tip of my tongue.

Common law is set by precedents as appose to written law.

Can you post a link the the interview your referring to as I suspect it was accountancy standards he was talking about rather than common law.

If AZ can show them proof of the potential of syme then it will be in their interest to come on board and as such could be a percentage of our business as payment.
Its a smaller company than syme, its just ahead of us by a year, its proven, we are very close to being proven and will have greater revenue stream than they do.
The transaction could greatly benefit both parties so until we know how it will be payed for theres little point guessing and less point trying to convince everyone its via dilution though it may well be via that route.

Time will tell all.

Saying the real boom in profits won't be seen until the summer accounts isn't the same as saying the first IM won't be complete until summer.

Never been one for interviews but found that one informative , good interview.

Like I just said , it was the way you went about it.

Cross ramping upsets some , I think its fine to raise awareness. But continually spamming especially when your telling people to sell their shares elsewhere isn't going to go down well anywhere.
