The drilling of phase two will be completed on time (apparently). License renewed was already done previously and we have permission to test the wopping SE anomaly. So can't see much of a reaction to this but it doesn't matter, hold till we complete drilling. GLA

Doesn't matter if its a sell or buy to me, the SP is up and that's all that matters.
