In the first place, it's not just SRRA that is down recently, it's US tech stocks generally. Just look at Gilead for example.
Secondly, SAR is down i.m.o. because there is no compelling reason for anyone to buy in the short term - and there are always people selling for all sorts of reasons, so you need something to balance that.
Thirdly, it doesn't help when directors start musing about things like consolidation, which may or may not happen, sometime.
Finally, the SP has been propped up to a considerable extent for the last year or two by one particular poster. It may be that his posts are no longer having the same effect, in default of any visible progress.
If a share has no compelling reason to rise, it will always tend to fall, in my experience.
