Celgene was taken out at a 60% premium to share price. Not 600%, or 6,000%.

To get an offer worth having, SAR's share price has first to be engineered up by a very large margin.

Don't see that it would ever be in SRRA's interest to delay work on SRA 737, or even to delay results.
If the results are looking good, they need to firm up and publish a.s.a.p.
If not, it's irrelevant anyway.
