So, to summarise, R. Dean Peterson is the owner of Garnet Commerce (formerly known as Cribb Construction of Alberta), an energy trading company which owns half of Enerox Holdings. He also has or had shares in Largo, and may have bought some V205. Certainly a person of interest.

Cribb Construction seems to be a house builder in Florida, possibly also Australia.
Can't see any S. African connection.

Not as a matter of right - there was no such right - but simply as a matter of courtesy and commonsense.

This is very loosely if not wrongly stated. "Sierra and CPF have agreed to a decrease in the additional milestone payments of up to an aggregate of $290.0 million that may be payable to CPF upon the achievement of certain developmental, regulatory and commercial milestones, including a milestone payment of $2.0 million upon the dosing of the first patient of the first trial of SRA737 following the Amendment." If I am reading the intention correctly, the first phrase should read ".. a decrease in the additional milestone payments TO up to an aggregate .." rather than " OF up to an aggregate..". Read literally, it is a decrease OF 290 million, which I hope is not what they mean.

I think there are ways of passing a message without appearing to break the rules.

I posted the following on Friday 6 November, when the share price was over 15p.
'This is a fine company. However, if you look back to the last spike (2019) you will find that it was punctured by a placing within a week. The same is very likely to happen this time - the company will need funds within 6 months, so why should they wait?' Still true i.m.o., but some people just won't listen.

As I am sure you know, balance problems and tremors are the classic Parkinsons symptoms. I take it you were thoroughly checked out. Wouldn't do to fall off your 45-footer.
