I believe V. Sandler is a world class scientist, as I have said before. I hold some shares here for that reason, not more than 10% of my portfolio. I made a lot of money in HEMO last year, and lost most of it yesterday.
I still believe the science is good, but I am not so sure about the management of the company, whether by Dr.S. or his advisors, and I think the share will fall further before it recovers, if it does. Since you ask, that is my honest opinion.

I wish you the best of luck, but frankly no-one should put their life savings in one share.

Globalco is a very large concern, with many employees at different levels.In such a business, the negotiators often would not make the final decision. They would be given a brief, and asked to give it their best shot. Someone else, at a higher level, would then decide whether to take up the option.So maybe Vlad pushed too hard, or maybe Globalco went cool on the deal. Probably we will never know.

The one clear conclusion to be drawn from yesterday's events is that one should not rely on unofficial communications (whether from one ' source' or more than one) for reliable guidance. It is a sure path to disaster.

I will say this for him. He resigned his position as Conservative Party Treasurer the day after Boris Johnson was elected leader. So evidently he is a man of some principle.

So I turned to the Sunday Times Rich List, to get some idea of how much money Mick Davis has.
Surprise, he's not there.
The cut-off is about £120 million, which I thought he would reach with ease, given his stellar career.
So either he hasn't got that much, or it is well hidden.
Anybody know is there an explanation?
