CMG, I haven't if I am being honest..The Bourbon vessels are generally used for crew changes and small transfers so maybe the crew who are onboard are crew changing and at the same time lifting supplies. There would only be an OIM, Motorman, Electrician onboard when the rig is stacked.

I had to travel on a few Bourbon vessels a couple of years ago due to there not being any Helicopters..Honestly it was horrific due to 40 out of 50 people being violently sick for 6+ hrs.

If I am being honest CMG, If someone told me they were "short" I would have thought the same as Chesh etc .

Marfinn, That's why I worded my reply "Generally", As you too have also worked on drilling rigs and around cement units you will understand the likes of Halliburton and Slum have completely different mixing systems and it is most certainly not normal for them to run each others units, there is also the issue around maintaining the units.

Not here to pick a fight, just giving my opinion based on past experiences ( I worked as the Senior E&I tech upgrading all of the Halliburton units from manual to Automatic systems and retrofitting the Data acquisition unipro II units).

FYI I am fully invested here and will not sell even if the approval drags on as I am confident those who hold at or around todays price will make a killing

Chess, It most certainly won't be "several months" to spud from government approval. I would suggest 2-3 months as most of the service Companies will have been chosen.

Marfinn, while you are correct to an extent however as we do not know the rig that will be used we will not know what Cement unit is installed on the rig. Generally the contract for cementing services is given to the Company that has their unit installed.

I worked for Halliburton in the early 90's so I have a good understanding of that side of the game.
