You may Dave however I very much doubt the Institutions will accept a low ball offer, There is a good chance if the Sidara deal doesn't materialise a PE will come in for Wood. as things stand Wood is undervalued.

If that is true, why are Sidara still at the table and haven't announced the deal is off?
