That it's not just us PI's who are now pretty much locked in, The institutions are also in the same boat and like us most of them are underwater with the current offer.

I really can't see these institutions rolling over and allowing Gillmartin and Co to broker a deal for an SP of 35p, It just doesn't make sense to me.

Some on here are mentioning debt however it is pretty much the same as when Sidara and Apollo tendered 200p+ bids under a year ago.

Games are being played, that's for sure and you can bet your bottom $ Gillmartin will have done some underhanded deal to ensure him and those close to him are taken care of.

MIKODX, the only thing I could think that would change things so drastically is the Deloitte review has uncovered some major issues however I doubt that.

BD, I am fairly sure it is not legal as the offer has to be for the share itself and not any cash injection.

I am not 100% sure but the offer has to match the highest price paid by Sidar in the last 12 months so something is not aligned.

Honestly I wouldn't be surpised if WG doesn't know the basic TO rules, as to date they seem to have messed up everything else.

he deserves to have his sorry **** booted out, how can an offer for 230p be rejected and then under a year latter an offer for 35p accepted. that's shows to me that he has no idea what is going on within the company

Gillmartin will push for acceptance as he has been given assurance that he will have a role within the new Org

All minipulated by a few for a few and most certainly not the avarage PI
