Honestly for Blackrock who have a relativly small holding for them (circa 1.5mill) it will be an investment loss they will just take and move on to the next investment.

In my opinion It's hardly worth their while persuing another 5-10% on top of the agreed deal of 35p

Krok, The ones I have discussed the TO with are all Contractors so only hold a handful of shares, from what I was told last week was those who had discussed the TO with the staff indicated they were excited with what was to come, that said this was before yesterdays poor announcment.. I will drop them some messages this morning and send the extracts
