Robert, unfortunately weather we like it or not it very much looks like Wood shares will be suspended on the 30th. Honestly there isn't anything we can do to change the outcome.

The announcement by Sidara of any firm offer for Wood under Rule 2.7 of the Code (an "Offer") is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain pre-conditions, including:

a) legally binding agreement(s) in a form satisfactory to Sidara being entered into in respect of the Debt Modifications and the Sidara Liquidity Arrangements (as defined below);

b) the publication of Wood's audited accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2024;

Sham, Again more lies from yourself...I never worked for Wood...I have always worked on the client side and Wood have never been the EPC contractor on my projects..What I did say I I know many people who work for Wood either on a staff or contract basis and the people I know are top nothch Engineers.
