Surin, Petrofac and HARL are very different than WG and I have no doubt they will survive...As for China you only have to look at recent projects for both BP and Shell...GTA FPSO & Penguin, poor execution of projects that have cost both dearly

Pennylots, no..Reimbursable contracts are just that and the client will pay in thoughout the contract (From Construction through to HU and Commissioning). An example is Bp Clair Ridge where Bp made all the calls and Amec were pretty much a "Body shop" ...I hope that makes sense?

Pennylots, The historic issues are related to lump sum contracts and the new contracts will pretty much be classed as reimbursable.
