March sounds about right, depending on when the signed approval is in place. The rig will not be an issue however the service companies could hold up the spud as the equipment maybe on other projects and the customs process in Africa is hit or miss depending on how much "Dash" you are willing to pay.

Invstrat, the people who will lose their jobs are the ones much lower down the food chain, somewhere between 10-20% of them.
