Afternoon.
This 'new' work actually started last year. 8-9 months ago. The first clear image of the extent of the work is visible from 14th September.
Note the large 'E' shaped clearing to the west of the main site. This obviously didn't appear overnight. It's about 75 acres! This was initially just tree felling as far as I could tell.

There have been 2 rns announcements since then basically stating that nothing is going on at WK and nothing is planned for 2024.
This is pure BO l l O c s in my opinion.
This newly cleared area today has a perimeter of nearly 4km... and a wide 2km access road running to it. I'd put money in it being wide enough for the drag line.
It's also worth noting that most if the subsequent stripping activity has taken place whilst the ambient temperature has been sub zero. Jan temps hit - 20 Deg C
If you started off from the most westerly point of the officially mined boundary... Walked down the access road... All the way round the edge of the new area and then returned to your starting point, it would take OVER AN HOUR to complete.
My view is the company should start declaring what's been going on for over half a year.
I've asked 4 times and provided date stamped satellite image evidence. Result... 4 ignored emails. Not a good look in my view.

Anyone know why this Miller fella doesn't appear on the significant shareholders list?
https://cizzlebiotechnology.com/significant-shareholders/
With his holding and individual TR1 he should be listed there between Dr Dawn and Interactive
Maybe holding in a nominated account?

@ibiza.
If you click on the first link then there's a ruler icon that measures distance on the ground. Please check my figures. I make the cleared area to be about 0.5 sq kilometres with a perimeter of circa 4 km. The access road is around 2km long. Gives an idea of the scale of this 'care and maintenance' tree felling operation.
If you click the 3D icon you can rotate it as in the jaygee video to get the 'drone view' . This is entirely possible because sentinel can triangulate elevation. These images taken with highly sophisticated cameras and the pictures are superimposed onto data from a steerable radar. The radar data contains a value for round trip time as the signal leaves the satellite and bounces back of the earth. The image therefore contains additional height data allowing accurate 3d topology mapping. The images on Google earth pro come from Maxar satellite data and are dazzlingly good at this 3d bit but sadly the images are purposely years out if date. You can commission maxar to supply upto date images for an eye watering sum.
Sorry to be a nerd but I worked on ESAs Spot Image satellite , the predecessor to sentinel. Seen this tech in the flesh so know a bit about it.
Also sorry to say.... the earth isn't flat. Otherwise this stuff just wouldn't work.

Source for latest clear satellite image of West Kytlim with 'GPS' coordinates (lat=59.53229 lng=58.9268) and time stamp (today). Hopefully this dispels any myths on the accuracy of the data source. Image courtesy of the European Space Agency.

The satellites aren't steered there by magical forces or telegram users looking to ramp.
Sentinel is made up of two polar orbiting sun-synchronous LEO satellites. Each one on opposite sides of the earth to one another. Continuously orbiting pole to pole whilst the earth rotates slowly below. One satellite from the constellation flies directly over WK every 2-3 days and captures an image as part of a long continuous overlapping strip. Like a massively wide panoramic photo. What you see in the link above is a tiny part that strip.
Mission and orbit data below.

That's the science out of the way...
Work started in earnest here last August.... Keith declined to comment when I emailed 8 months ago....The point in time this work first became visible on sat images.
There's clear evidence of substantial ground works progressing over considerable time. EUA need to start explaining this imo.

@neilin
Equity vs debt. Made up from existing and new investors. Shows confidence if you ask me. These folk were presumably party to something that made them willingly slide cash across the table. Personally I read it as a positive and prefer it.
Brokers happy to be paid in shares also sounds positive.
BTW the E3 loan cancellation is 'intended' not definite. Highly likely though. Can't see they'll need it.
Also speaking personally (re the other RNS) the forward development cost funding via ciz bio US is a big plus in my mind. This "mou" funding, for want of a better word, if it actually happens puts ciz in a good place and extends the cash runway.
All in my opinion.

Hi Vii.
Hope you are well. Just curious to know if you have a view on why RW resigned. Seems odd given the future and potential here.

PS the Plymouth project has seen some good gains recently. Nice to see.
Follow up.... It appears the shaft lifts are now fully certified.

Looks like the New Cooks Kitchen shaft lift cage has gone in and is nearly ready for use...

"PROJECT UPDATE: SIEMAG TECBERG UK Limited are thrilled to have assisted Cornish Metals Inc. in achieving the first Personnel riding on the New Cooks Kitchen shaft in 26 years!
The video below, taken during the final stages of commissioning of the newly supplied 2.3m diameter SIEMAG TECBERG single drum service hoist captures this momentous moment for mining in Cornwall. This will no doubt be the first of many personnel carrying hoisting operations that Cornish Metals Inc. will undertake in their planned shaft refurbishment works.
Next up, we continue commissioning of the hoist with the aim to certify it for full personnel and material hoisting in the next weeks, as Cornish Metals prepare themselves to gain regular access to the shaft for the first time since it was flooded after its closure in 1998.
The sound of shaft bells, emanating from SIEMAG TECBERG UK Limited purpose built Cerberus communications system, once again rings out in the historic Camborne and Redruth mining district, accompanied by the purposeful rotation of sheave wheels atop the headframe once again.
Congratulations to Cornish Metals Inc. on this momentous achievement – one which SIEMAG TECBERG UK Limited are proud to have played a part in. 👏😀"

@gingy. No worries. I share croissants view... just be wary of the funding aspect. Significant cash will be needed to bring production online. This hinges on the final MPF permit being in place. So TUN is not out of the woods yet but the recent lift in SP is a positive sign.
All the best with your investments too.
Cheers LB
Nothing obvious other than the fairly positive Environment Agency comments regarding the outstanding permit for the mineral handling plant. Scroll down a bit to my last post where I linked an evening Herald article on the subject. There's slightly more juice in this press article over what's been Rns'd.
Lots of community liason going on too. Likely linked to the EA consultation period but probably unrelated to the rise. imo.

Evening.
Finally got to see the latest order this evening. As no one else has come forward any details I'll summarise.
The way I read it :
It seems another party has come forward and laid claim to the shares. Judge has ordered the 'stay' be lifted. Broadly speaking the new party / claimants have until the end of May to prep their evidence and submit their bundle. A date mid June has been set for all parties to get together and arrange a future date for the actual hearing.
Again the way I read it... This new party will join the defendants (this is what it implies) and thrash it out to decide who's actually entitled to the certs.
Looks to me as if this matter is going to rattle on for a while yet. Hopefully the above will be confirmed in an official rns, as this info is now public domain... Albeit behind a paywall.
As always DYOR. I'd urge anyone interested in the full details to subscribe to caseboard (£36) and read up on it for yourself.
The above is just my understanding having read over it a dozen times or so. Let's see if we get a proper RNS to clarify. Should do!

Holla
Curiosity got the better of me on this.... I reignited my caseboard subscription so I can view the latest paperwork. I did this within a few hours of the caseboard website update. I requested a pdf copy of the latest order (dated 15th March) but new docs take a few days before they are actually available.... My account still shows "request pending". Not sure how someone else has gotten hold of it.
I don't do telegram but if someone can post the details, once I have my copy I'll confirm or deny if it correlates with my info.
