They were seeing DLTs as mentioned at the AGM and I assume they have seen some in C6. They could have gone to 400 but went to 385 so perhaps the data suggests they are very close to it and why put patients under unnecessary discomfort if all the data points to a number? Although only 15 difference in 385 and 400 it is still 10% more than the previous dose of 300.

Also, if a 300 dose significantly reduced the size of a tumour and armed with all the other data going to 400 let alone beyond that clearly not deemed necessary.

I suspect Avacta will already be in discussions re finance and non-dilutive too. Sure there are a few interested parties wanting to get involved in P2.

It depends on likely revenue. I am sure programmatic will deliver one helluva lot more but remember they've worked with Disney as a tier 1 as well as demand side Pepsi, P&G and other massive brands with little traction so the market will wait and see so yeah I can see £20m to £30m market cap but if they say attach impressive forecasts and say the cash runway has now likely been extended to X more.

Exactly this. Potential clearly massive but deals need to be landed, as guided this year. If they have not come early next year the share price will drop even lower and cos will know cash runway shortening and interested parties may think they could pick MIRI up on the cheap. That said if there were interested parties they could have put a bid in earlier this year.

To be fair all points to major contracts but the sooner the better.

Moneysponge, they won’t need to know the MTD by way of dosing to give patients DLTs. They can make a Biological Significant Dose. At the AGM they said they were starting to see more DLTs and wirh all the data they will have a very good idea where it lies.

Also, as far as other trials go they will be with different molecules so will need their own trials although 6000 will obvs give the trial design a huge steer.

2Phevs unlike your OTT ramping (I hope none were caught in the spike due to you) I sold half of my holding some 30% higher than I can buy now as it was massively overbought and a correction inevitable. I simply called it and will buy back with the same money and have more shares. I have been here a lot longer than you and know Mirriad have never hit a deadline so when they say Q4 for a tier 1 deal I suspect it will be more late Nov or Dec than earlier. We will see.
