Exactly Bella. Using it on naive tumours and assuming 4 cohorts of 3 given the positive results on cohorts 3 onwards surely delivering lots of dox on naive tumours will result in hopefully all of those 12 lives prolonged and hopefully a decent number in remission.

The point is you were pumping this last year and saying how busy they were but revenue still feck all although programmatic should change that in H2. The market knows they have less than 12 months money so a raise is coming soon. Maret cap is feck all but no buyers even down here as all know a raise is due and they are better off getting it out of the way as this will drift even lower.

I think there were 9 patients who were still receiving ava6000 as their diseases had not progressed and from cohort 4 I believe so as a % it’s impressive and remember these are heavily treated patients so I suspect will be even more impressive on tumour naive patients.

It’s no coincidence they sold after the update. If they thought there was decent upside in the near term they would not have reduced. Quite simple and I suspect they were concerned with the lack of revenue growth and balance sheet.

I did say the delayed trading update didn’t bode well and here we are. They need material contracts and news but these lumpy RNS reach that create froth that’s sold into.

They will surely increase revenues my point is this tends to happen in H2 so I suspect they will be burning at least £600k this quarter as the figure will be reduced in H2. IP Group reduced its holding after the TU which says it all. Hopefully some good news soon and not pumpy RNS reach or we will continue to drift.

£6.1m end of Dec so less than £5m at the end of this month and remember revenue is heavily weighted to H2 so I if anything historically cash burn higher in H1.

The issue isn't the lack of partners it's the lack of revenue growth. Considering they ran the first end to end programmatic campaign some 14 months ago the lack of revenue concerning the market which is why they delayed the trading update. The question is will the next tier 1s sign a deal before a raise or will their DD demand a stronger balance sheet and over 12 months cash? Many large players insist on a healthy balance sheet before committing to deals. We'll see but the company is known to disappoint so am hopeful that changes.

Many have tried and failed and as Alastair said the advantage of Avacta's IP is the specificity meaning our warheads do not react to similar enzymes which is why we have yet to find a MTD.

Yep the CEO runs the co day to day and its strategic direction and the other Execs will report to him and the NEDs at board meetings. The non-exec Chairman runs the BoD.

The CEO does not report to Exec directors at all. The non-exec Chairman manages the BoD and the CEO and all Execs report to him/her.

This morning’s news should make potential partners DD a little less arduous. My only concern re new majors is them seeing our balance sheet but hopefully not an issue.

Anyway, here’s hoping another tier 1 signs up. Momentum needs to build before the next raise which will be in the next couple of months. Get the share price a lot higher as to look credible it needs to be higher than the last.

No worries at all. Always worth noting large rises or falls are usually only significant if accompanied by volume.

I'm not surprised by the recent fall as the recent trading update was delayed due to it being poor in financial terms. Potential still remains but the market fed up with jam tomorrow. That said the current market cap crazy if they are able to increase revenues. I am sure they will but we've been here before. I will top up soon (awaiting funds) but an RNS may drop beforehand and another major partner should see this back in the 2s and beyond. We'll see.
