Sax the potential to be a very profitable business is there and has been for a few years. I think the CEO taking out in salary and bonuses 50% of revenue for a few years raises red flags as does missing financial KPIs. The house broker guidance isn’t great and that’s optimistic. A raise will certainly be needed H1 next year. Only one US streamer currently using Mirriad which doesn’t bode well as especially as Disney signed up to a 2 year trial over 3 years ago and we heard nothing more.

buydip i’m sick of the constant linkedin nonsense. mirriad has been pumping it for years and now we have a resident ramper doing the same. the issue is he may sucker in new naive investors which is what he did last time. i’ll continue to call out his bull****. feel free to ignore my posts.

It’s just so cringe. 2phevs was all over LinkedIn like an excited puppy and he hasn’t learnt a thing. Maybe he has and he simply continues to post this immaterial tripe as he’s £50k+ down and he’ll do another pump and dump. I can’t blame him.

But 2phevs was sure when mirriad invoiced £1.8m last year which on average would be £150k a month they could get some decent finance. Of course that would be attractive given they only burn 5 times that each month so have £900k in costs. Funny as. But someone liked something on LinkedIn. No wonder this clown didn’t see a raise coming. Remember he posted this -

In the Canela presentation we re told they are the only US streaming co working with Mirriad. I'm sure some will say other large players are testing but I suspect they did and have been developing their own. I mean Disney just fell away

So Mirriad does not have any US streamers on board except Canela? I assume Disney ended their 2 year agreement (signed nearly 4 years ago) so I guess they are doing their own as we did not have an RNS to say it's been extended. Also, Netfliz has said it's bringing its Adtech inhouse.

Merciaman, yep all the partners in the world won’t accelerate revenues until programmatic up and running proper. Given the pipeline and cash burn as well as break even back end of next year a raise inevitable H1 2025 and you’d hope early in the year to avoid rushing it in order for auditors to sign off and having pants pulled down again. The house broker note will be optimistic too so £4m revenue this year likely missed by a fair whack.

LOTM they worked with deliveroo for years and many other massive brands but with little to no uplift in revenues. The cash burn, pipeline and guidance show this will continue until programmatic rolled out properly and then bedded in which will take time. Hopefully things really kick off in H2 2025 although a raise inevitable before.

If they were material then the NOMAD would insist on an RNS in order to comply with AIM rules and not be fined. Mirriad has pumped on LinkedIn for years and as the revenue hss demonstrated for years the campaigns are indeed immaterial.

I suspect if 2ohevs and LOTM knew this they would not have egged many on to buy at over 2p.

2Phevs, when you said yesterday you are a year too early finally we agree. I invested here far too early but have always believed in the underlying potential. Companies and the brands beneath their umbrella will in the main set budgets to be signed off a couple of months ahead of a financial year which will include the spend in their marketing mix. The fact programmatic is taking longer to roll out means the accelerated revenues will take longer and again I expect them to kick off in H2 2025. My money is they will not hit £4m revenue this year and another raise will be needed H1 next year which is when I plan to buy more shares. For all the increase in partners there has been little uplift in revenues (which is why few RNSs as the campaigns immaterial) but once programmatic properly rolled out there should be a decent uplift. As per the optimistic broker note this won't be until next year and IMO H2 when our busier period has always been

Allenby is the house broker and is paid by mirriad. Mirriad will sign off the any note from the house broker or any research house paid for by Mirriad. Of course independent research notes (not paid for) very different but minnows like mirriad and many AiM PLCs don’t get that kind of coverage.

They signed their first US tier 1 some 4 years ago and yielded very little, that was on a 2 year deal and not a word since.

Point is I’m sure programmatic will deliver but the roll out proper will be next year and decent revenues IMO H2 when things are busier here anyway. Money will be needed H1 and they will have surely learnt and not leave it so late so I suspect Jan or Feb and hopefully that’ll be the last.

Now 4 years later and soon to be 1bn shares in issue with the CEO taking out very large sums they are estimating £4m so less than half the estimate way back when and break even if at all end of next year. What a joke.

Wow Edison published another note a month after (when they estimated £6m) and they increased it to £9m. No wonder Edison resigned the account|!

edison declined their business as they felt stupid. edison (like allenby) get their info and guidance from the co. so edison felt they were being bull ****ted especially when you consider in july 2020 they guided £6m revenue the following year.

i suggest the £4m this year allenby is guiding will also be missed. as their house broker they are expected to pump it. programmatic q4 will of course be pushed back and a raise as i have said will be needed h1 2025

Programmatic kicking off in Q4 and they are estimating £4m revenue for 2024. Bearing in mind they have never hit guidance before that seems unlikely so a raise will clearly be needed H1 2025. Also if programmatic further delayed beyond Q4 it could mean a similar raise to now if revenues are again delayed. This is the house broker so a very optimistic note. Not great IMO. Potential massive but sadly another painful raise looks highly likely.

Hi Razor, I don't I'm afraid. I learnt the hard way and have lost a fair whack along the way although have learnt from my mistakes and have been improving! I worked in the space so have a fairly decent understanding of the red flags and there are plenty on AIM! Best of luck

Mirriad has been pumping on LinkedIn for years and has amazing partners and has for years but it doesn’t RNS many as they are not material. 2phevs is sadly down £50k+ as has 7m shares so will pump this until he’s out (like last time). They billed £1.8m last year, that’s obviously just £150,000 a month with costs not far from

£1m yet phevs and LOTM think they had other finance options. It’s embarrassing and worse still unlike LOTM who had contrition for recommending other punters buy 2phevs blamed all but himself when anyone with an ounce of sense saw a raise coming.

He’ll continue to pump and I’m sure the CEO will continue to post on LinkedIn and ensure his £500k a year secure for another year. What a lad.
