DV the CEO has a pitiful number of shares so little skin in the game and he's been taking some £500k which isn't far off 30% of the total revenue and some 9% of the money they have recently raised. If the IP was that amazing what happened to the Disney 2 year deal that was signed 3 years ago? If the IP a real moat then why didn't a major buy MIRI for say £50m which at the time it was for sale was 10P a share which would have gone through no doubt.

DV 2Phevs was on here prior to the raise telling all to buy as a raise not needed and he poked fun at Avacta which raised at a large discount too. He doesn't understand he basics. That said I think MIRI as massive potential but my concern is another raise will be needed in H1 next year or the auditor won't sign the accounts off (like this year). I suspect that will be the last raise but given their poor pipeline and revenue guidance (which have ALWAYS been optimistic and missed but a large margin) it looks nailed on and unless the share price a lot higher we could see 1bn more shares coming. I thought like last time this would rally above the raise price and then be sold down to where we are now but there has been a lot of dumping so no rally which is a concern.

Also remember Mr 80% would have not experienced the debilitating side effects so as well as having his life extended it was done so in a much kinder way. Many people would rather 6 months without chemo and a better quality of life than 18 months longer with low quality.,

again, those taking part in the placing are not allowed insider info. it is illegal so the iis who bought in the raise have the same material info as retail who could have taken part

If they had insider info they would NOT be able to take part in the raise. So no they do not have insider info and if they wanted could soak up all these shares that are being dumped

Wow, 2phevs is thick as mince. They cannot be party to insider info and take part in the raise. Give me strength. They will have been told info out there and more info on the TAM, pipeline and stuff that is not material. They are able to buy in the open market. Another illustration that 2phevsw well out of his depth, doesn't know the basics FFS.

Material RNSs needed. They've ramped on LinkedIn for years which is meaningless, what matters are regulated RNSs. Given the awful market cap I suspect some decent RNSs will lead to a decent rise. That said it needs 25% to get to the so called mates rates raise. I mean that says it all, the clown on here calling it mates rates when there has been a lot of dumping below mates rates and little buy volume. Looking at tradingview it's been distribution (selling) since the raise (bizarre if amazing value as mates rates) and little accumulation. That can change with the right RNSs, not with immaterial LinkedIn posts.

It’s not AS’ science, he licensed both platforms (well done). He’s spaffed some £120m in a few years and lost the trust of most of the retail base which makes us most of ownership. Once trust gone very hard to get back and the BoD new this. The platforms and cancer sufferers deserve more.

It seems obvious that AS said many times that there was optionally on non-dilutive funding and for then to raise at 50p last minute (needed to be before accounts signed off) shows lack of contingency planning assuming plan a didn’t materialise. That was bad enough, as was CLNs for DX buys and then so soon after 50p raise to issue over 7m more shares well under 50p for conversion awful optics and would have made those unsure send even more emails calling for heads. His position untenable and much better to be proactive when many want rid of the CEO. Great scientist but seemed commercially weak. I think AS seemed happy to stroll along on his large package as thought the science would win through. CC seems more driven as an oncologist and will (with others) navigate the next steps better to get preCISION to patients ASAP whether through a buy out, licensing deal or whatever. I doubt 3996 a goer as they’re sensibly doing lab work on using preCISION to deliver ADCs as per the new pipeline TBA.

Smith left because of the raise debacle and no doubt the company was inundated with emails from investors and the chairman and BoD had little choice. Although CFO looks terrible and clearly didn’t do his job properly I suspect Smith ran the show so has to take the fall. Christina would not have taken the role if she didn’t believe in the tech. She was an oncologist and said she has seen what it does and it’s working as intended. Smith with the DX acquisitions wanted to spin too many plates and I get the impression CC knows the prize and will deliver. AVA6000 is the pathfinder and has proven the mechanism of action and naive tumours and ones sensitive to dox (2 weekly) woll show efficacy. Anyone doubting the science go and take a look at the recent videos and look at the presentation decks. The second cohort of 2 weekly will have all had their second dose and a week away from observation ending. Hopeully the first cohort patients are already seeing and feeling the benefit and continue on drug.

There is clearly a large market for better therapies or why would all these pharms cos be throwing so much money at them? preCISION as the CEO says is doing in human exactly what it was designed to do. Last the BOD got paid over half the revenue, the CEO alone around 30%. They have raised £6.2m so the CEO alone will take nearly 9% of the raise money. What a legend. Rinsed this co and hasn’t increased revenues, decimated the share price whilst increasing the share count l 5 fold to over 1 billion.

Last year they also said unless a SEVERE and plausible downside they won’t need to raise for 12 months and of course they missed all their targets as they’ve always done and this year they have the same statement and the creep 2phevs who only skim read the report misquotes it. Funny that. I bet the mirriad team are hoping the creep doesn’t turn up to the AGM, thick as mince and looks like

2phevs has again illustrated why he is not to be trusted. One might think he’s just a muppet mug punter but he’s worse than that. He’s disingenuous. For a start it’s the same crap regurgitated most years in terms of potential and growth. But the little creep, has misquoted the financial review as it says a severe but plausible downside scenario. Funnily enough he left out plausible and given they wrote the same last year and given they’ve missed every financial guidance they’ve ever issued it’s not just plausible it’s very likely.
