If the 12 patients show superb signs of efficacy with limited adverse events they’ll accelerate as will want to get to patients ASAP. The data from 3 weekly led them to 2 weekly not weekly so I can’t see them going for weekly especially as they’ve seen the data so far and CC said expansion to start H2 and data read out H2.

After 11 patients dosed and preliminary data showed efficacy with manageable toxicity. We have proven safety given no MTD in arm 1 and arm 2 if goes to cohort 4 will have 12 patients dosed and if they show efficacy (should do as dox sensitive tumours and a first line treatment) and continues to be well tolerated surely fast track is more than likely.

I am not sure you understand how budgets and planning works. Assuming the demand side clients did not have a launch date as mirriad unable to due to relying on several third parties mirriad will not have featured significantly in their budgets. The decision makers will write a yearly budget (which will have a little flexibility) months in advance of their financial year end (US cos usually Jan to Dec, UK more variable) so will be agreed and signed off in Sept or Oct. Given programmatic is not ready it is highly unlikely there will be any significant uptick in revenues this year and remember as per the RNS most campaigns are booked in the spring to run in Q4. This year largely a write off (in terms of accelerated revenues) so hopefully launch and full roll out this year ahead of a large H2 next year. The £4m guidance will be missed as that's £3.5m H2. My bet is they will be lucky to get £2.5m FY which will mean a loss of £9m (rather than £7.5m with £4m turnover). They will surely not leave so late to raise money for audit sign off so a raise early next year nailed on.

Touk look at the presentation decks the data biopsies show huge amounts of dox after 24 hours (there is a target level at the bottom of the table). Several patients being treated well beyond the usual 4.5 months (6 cycles) one can have with usual dox.

Thorn we are going round in circles here. We don’t have details on the leaving group but we do know we have seen progress feee survival in many patients and tumour shrinkage in some and these are heavily treated patients with resistant tumours.

We also know at 24 hours there is significant levels of dox in the tumour so no it seems the half life isn’t an issue for AVA6000. What’s more the platform is proven and different molecules can be attached and half life can be extended as they choose (modify). The pipeline will be amazing.

It’s good at 24 hours but At 48 hours or 13 days what are you on about? There will be little to no dox in many people at 30 hours (none in most women) so having huge levels in the tumours at 24 hours is superb.

The terminal half-life of doxorubicin ranges from 20 hours to 48 hours. The distribution half-life of doxorubicin is approximately 5 minutes.

Dox is delivered every 3 weeks to give the body time to recover. preCISION ensures a much smaller amount circulates so less healthy tissue damaged so it makes sense to administer more frequently which is a bonus. As well as getting more drug to the tumour they are able to administer more often giving the cancer cells less time to divide/recover

Thorn, dox is dox and they are depositing dox (exactly same molecule) into the TME. It will behave as always has and it very well understood. 3 week study was with heavily pre-treated patients whose tumours likely refractory and many not sensitive to dox. That said they still had some superb results. 2 weekly should show efficacy unequivocally as tumours sensitive to dox and as a first line treatment. Why would the dox AVA6000 deposits not behave as it has for 40+ years.

The fact the biopsies showed vast amounts of dox in the tumours 24 hours after says it is not being cleared too quickly. What's exciting though is using even more toxic warheads with longer half lives and I suspect we will see some exciting preclinical work once the pipeline is presented.

Sorry to hear about your brother. My dad was a holder too and died within 6 months of a brain tumour diagnosis. Hopefully the 2 weekly data so knock out the SAB and regulators find a way to accelerate as quickly as possible. Imagine if say 6 out of 9 of first 3 cohorts went into remission after X cycles. Perhaps they would look to back fill cohorts. Anyway, given the data so far surely working on dox sensitive tumours and as a first line treatment we should see some stunning results and lives saved without the awful side effects

Why is all the (nearly) half price mates rates buys LOTM. They are able to measure at scale which is of course positive but they are sadly unable to sell at scale and the major concern is Mirriad have said this in a regulated RNS but have not provided a timeline for them to miss. More immaterial fluff.

Falling spend per campaign - in 2021 the average spend per campaign was nearly £45,000 (Mirriad's share) and this has seemingly fallen to just over £18,000. Many more campaigns but revenues doing very little. Also, in 2021 they worked with Chinese brands so one would think the average campaign would have gone up a lot not down
