The above tallies with the Avacta science day deck biopsy slide. They had the dox target activity which ranged from 25nM (DNA adduct formation) to 400nM (topoisomerase inhibition) so it would be odd if what they were targeting below conventional dox. Bizarre in the extreme. Avacta for the most part smashed their target.
