If he was in the know that's insider dealing and also crazy for him to take part in the raise. My bet the CEO dropped the bombshell late and blamed 3rd parties which seems to be what the RNS implied.

A decent recovery. The issue is the buyers are likely bottom feeder traders who will pump and dump. Someone said there are not a lot of shares down here which is true but someone has been drip feeding shares to the market and if they're on the button they'll continue to dump but do so without subduing the rise.

One thing investors (who are holding) don't want to hear is LOTM buying as the share price will surely always fall after his buys. Deary me.

The question is why has been dumping for a little while now? Surely not IP still dumping? Distribution continues and if they have more to sell it'll continue dropping. Depressingly well below mates rates placing and the only TR1 we have had is an II selling. More to come I reckon.

yeah i'm sure the fund managers look forward to emails from phevs. funny as fack! just like the cfo thanked phevs for his ludicrous email suggesting invoice financing (which as mentioned, is beyond ridiculous) and iis will also be paying lip service. i mean the amount invested here will be little in the grand scheme of things but they'll be on top of it and certainly don't need direction from a couple of clueless retain punters.

to be fair a pretty good post and solid points. what i find bizarre is lotm buying a fair number of shares a few weeks ago at 1p and over and we now need nearly 100% to get there. why would you buy when you know the ceo very economical with the truth (to both investors and the management imo) and no timeline was given (to miss) on programmatic. as low as the market cap is now (below cash) given we know history tells us linkedin posts mean no revenue increase so cash burn will continue we know another raise is coming. the question is will it be 2bn more shares at 0.3p or 2.5bn shares and pray it will be the last raise and more importantly pray that there is sufficient backing as iis won’t throw more good money after bad and won’t lap up the ceo’s bull**** any more.

one person doing well is of course the ceo which is why he takes £500k a year and has so few shares. he’s milking it.

If a lender was crazy enough to do so they would take say 20% (standard is to pay upfront 80-85% of invoices) so for little old Mirraid with £1.8m FY last year on average is £150k a month billed and Mirriad would now get £120k, ouch so reducing it's turnover to £1.5m. I bet the CFO got your email and felt sorry for you. Much like the broker and board when Phevs was accusing them of giving shares to their associates in 'mates rates'. Funny thing is now we need nearly 150% uplift to get to Phevs mates rates. Invoice financing, what a joke and Mirriad needs every penny it can get. £400k turnover for H1 would be reduced to £320k so likely not covering the CEO's 6 monthly package and their jolly to Cannes! The point is Mirriad has cash so there is no benefit of invoice financing as it increases the cash burn due to reduction in revenue. Phevs is as dim as he looks. The issue is when this will be relevant (when cash is low) no one will go near Mirriad and if they do they will want to pay less than 80%.

The market cap is crazy and well below cash position so the market is pricing in continued cash burn which will of course result in a discounted raise in the next 6 months or so. Wasn't the clown LOTM telling us about his buys at 1p not long ago, well he could have BOGOF now.

B2, I don't see why pharma would want to develop a safer existing drug (which will need trials) when a more potent and still safe one likely to be developed soon after. There are many warheads that fell by the wayside due to toxicities so surely delivering these safely much more attractive. Anyway, we'll see but given there are apparently 8 I am sure there will be an interesting mix

The partners will perhaps be those companies with successful products that are soon to lose their IP protection.

B2 I suspect the pipeline is focused on newer, more potent warheads than legacy ones (like 3996).

I hope they publish knock out 2 weekly data showing efficacy and let's face it given dox is well understood getting a lot of it to sensitive and naive tumours should prove very efficacious. Coupled with 3 weekly a huge amount of data underpinning the platform. Then I would suggest the pipeline is published without partners as I suspect there will be a lot of optionality (finally) and who knows it could be deciding on licensing deals, partnerships or a takeover.

Phevs has a handful of contacts on linked in so clearly hasn’t worked in a professional capacity or no one wanted to be a contact. That being the case he doesn’t realise industry is a small world and everyone knows everyone. Liking posts means very little. As far as invoice financing goes I think you must be really slow. Mirriad has costs of around £1m a month and on average last year they invoiced £150k a month. Do you think a co would risk lending money to a co with a history of burning cash and without a visible sales pipe. I mean it’s parody. Given the risk involved the rate would be off the scale. Mirriad would go under even faster!

The key to the interim report isn’t the awful financials but the commentary around full programmatic rollout and if further delays a realistic timeline and when revenues will accelerate.

Yep I can’t see many were forward sold which probably isn’t a good thing as one can expect a lot of dumping if they get above placing.

The interim report won’t show too much, it should show around £10m in cash as st end of June which is where they were last year. If there is no full programmatic roll out I’m sure even the numpties on here will know they’ll need to raise and if they leave it last minute like this year they’ll get their pants pulled down even more. Surely they release good news before YE and raise on the back of it. If not who knows how low it will go without substantive RNSs with revenues.

2 weekly is a mini efficacy study that, in theory, should mean the indications/dosing regime will mean P2 a fait accompli.

The above tallies with the Avacta science day deck biopsy slide. They had the dox target activity which ranged from 25nM (DNA adduct formation) to 400nM (topoisomerase inhibition) so it would be odd if what they were targeting below conventional dox. Bizarre in the extreme. Avacta for the most part smashed their target.

Unbreaded, comparing dox rates after administration and after 24 hours will be hugely different and my bet is there will be a lot less than 860 ng/gm in conventional dox 24 hours after administration given its half-life/clearance.

We know VPP is happening FFS as we have had confirmation in limited RNSs and lots of LinkedIn posts (not material so small revenue) and for years. This issue is and reminds programmatic is delayed which means revenue acceleration is also delayed. The optimistic Allenby note was published before the CEO dropped the delay bombshell so the £4m pie in the sky and a quick skim of their note says it is reliant on full programmatic roll out. When that happens revenue will start to rise. H1 shows us until that happens revenues will stagnate or fall. Costs are some £1m a month. All the LinkedIn posts mean little until programmatic launches proper. If that doesn’t happen soon the share price will continue to suffer as anyone with an ounce of sense will know a raise en route.
