I’m guessing they have stopped at C3 as have their doses and no need for MTD. I could well be wrong and they may have had drop outs in C3. It would be a waste to RNS news in August and it’s not material so it makes sense to release from Sept. The data cut off for ESMO likely a month before so ideally IMO they have stopped at C3 and will publish some exciting 2 weekly data at ESMO and we will get an RNS on Monday 16th. The gap between ESMO data cut off on Monday 16th includes the second scan for cohort 2 and the 1st for cohort 3. The second scan for cohort 2 could be exciting. All speculation of course but given we had lots of data in July and paid cash not shares and CC’s recent tweet I can’t see anything but super data which should be expected given lots of dox sensitive, naive tumours being hit with lots of dox every 2 weeks.

BV they could have found their sweet spot/s for expansion so no need to go to cohort 4 as no need to establish MTD. I suspect all will become clear in Sept.

I suspect news will come in Sept. Material news should be released ASAP but what’s considered material is often subjective. If it’s cash related so a new deal, anything 10% or above the previous year’s revenue has to be subject to an RNS. That’s easy. Things we deal with is more a judgement call. The preclinical pipeline work/results are not material and nor is whether we have dosed cohort 4 in 2 weekly (would be poor from a comms point of view) and nor is significant tumour shrinkage. I’m just giving examples as we can sit on news and publish at a better time unless it’s objectively material. Look at the tumour data on science day, no RNS but it confirmed the mechanism of action which seems material to me.

She’s only been in place a little over 3 months and we’ve seen a new chair appointed, new NED, CFO gone and what looks to be a superb SAB. She has confirmed 3 and 2 weekly published before Dec, expansion to start, pipeline updated and science day. Exciting. In addition the share price has gone from 40p to 75p. I’d say she’s done well in 3 months and summer months.

As Q3 draws to an end, we're not even at the start of the end (September!). Blimey, I hope we don't get news next week as still very quiet and hopefully the RNSs start from Sept (the third and final month of Q3 which begins the week after next).

They are not looking for a MTD so perhaps they have stopped at cohort 3 as the data says so and they are sorting through the data before we have it published in Sept. I'd hate for them to RNS it now when it's still quiet. CC has reinforced the 4 objectives will be met this year and before Dec so all good. Considering August a shocking month the share price has held well and I am sure the next leg ups due from Sept

reardon, the potential here is huge but they have costs of around £1m a month so until they are able to accelerate revenue growth they will continue burning too much cash and the market has priced in a raise. even the optimistic broker note suggesting £4m revenue (assumed programmatic rolled out in june) had £6.4m cash left at ye so that will be reduced and that's what they had this year and as h1 always poor they had to raise and a nasty discount. the same is nailed on this year and unfortunately well below where we are now imo. the ceo wil have ****ed off investors saying all well and then a few weeks later saying programmatic delayed due to 3rd parties and no timeline. not good all the while the cash runway reduces

Your naivety off the scale. Mirriad has many partnerships and much ‘bigger’ names and potential than this. The reason there is not RNS is because like most of the deals/collaborations they are not deemed to be material.

I mean they’ve got some 50 supply side partnerships which was a large increase in the prior year yet no or very few RNSs and the reason is they are not expected to contribute 10% of the prior year’s revenue to deem it RNS worthy (material). In actual fact more partners have seen a fall in revenue which speaks volumes. Look at the annual reports and the KPIs, all these new partners (both demand and supply side) have meant stagnant or a drop in revenues. That will continue until programmatic and the recent partnership has not been RNS’d as it is not expected to generate £180k in 12 months.

If the relationship was expected to generate 10% of last financial year's revenue (£1.8m so £180k) in 12 months it is deemed material so would be subject to an RNS. There is no RNS so they do not expect material revenue from it. The same applies to all the LinkedIn stuff, yes it looks good but they've been doing so for years and look at revenues. Again, until programmatic fully rolled out all the partners will be on standby as the revenue in H1 illulstrates. Hopefully programmatic rolled out soon to get some decent uplift in Q4 as if not we will have a lot less cash than this time last year

Phevs pumped and dumped a while ago. Phevs was telling all to buy at 2.5p before the raise. The idiot recently emailed the cfo to suggest invoice financing!!!!!

The clown was bigging up our Microsoft partnership and suggested huge revenues imminent. Partners mean nothing it’s execution of strategy from the shocking CEO that’s needed and has always been lacking.

At least they'll be busy measuring all their other clients as with Mirriad still on manual there won't be much to measure as illustrated by H1. Remember the revenue per campaign for Mirriad has been decreasing, more partners and more campaigns have not translated to more revenues and that will be the case until programmatic fully rolled out and if not soon a raise at an even harsher mates rates inevitable. All the LinkedIn posts over the years have meant nothing to revenue and that will be the same whilst manual in play

But of course according to the BB's guru the huge cash burn is sustainable without a raise as someone who works for an invoice financing company liked a Mirriad LinkedIn post!! I'm sure lenders are fighting over Mirriad and lowering their rates given last year Mirriad invoiced on average £150k a month and its costs were some £1m.

Wow, the optimistic guidance of £4m (they haven't hit a financial target in their history) means they are forecasting £6.432m cash at YE and bearing in mind last year they had £6.109m cash at YE and as H1 very slow indeed they had to get the begging bowl out and raise at a large discount. Given H1 revenues down 1/3rd it seems to me they will be very lucky to have the same cash position as last year end and given this note based on programmatic roll out in June they will surely have a lot less cash than last year so will get the begging bowl out even earlier. Another large discount likely so will the raise be 0.3p and surely at least another 2bn shares and probably 2.5bn.

I f programmatic was ready they would have to issue an RNS as it's material news and the NOMAD would insist. The £4m FY guidance was based on programmatic being launched in June, the Allenby note is quite clear the revenue uplift is reliant on full programmatic roll out. As you can see in H1 even with more partners revenues will stagnate at best or fall without programmatic. We have bad more campaigns run with lower revenues per campaign, that isn't good. Most revenues come in Q4 so if programmatic not rolled out soon it will be another year wasted with no meaningful revenue uplift all the while spending £1m a month to keep the lights on and top up the CEO's retirement fund. Read the Allenby note, the partner sales teams will only get going once programmatic fully ready so if not soon another year lost and a very low raise with billions more shares needed.

Bullish I absolutely agree. I am sure that he thought programmatic would be rolled out before now (was meant to be end of H1) but it sounds out of their control. Once that happens I am sure things will move but if it's delayed another few months so they miss the busy Q4 a raise 100% needed.

Wakeyinvestor, mirriad lost one of its 2 strategic partnerships if you look at the last interim report (not Tencent) and I suspect that was Disney that signed a 2 year deal 3 years ago so why not renew or continue?

Any new partnerships will mean very little from a revenue standpoint until programmatic rolled out. I agree once that happens revenues will accelerate but that seems highly unlikley to happen this year and with costs at £1m a month a raise looks inevitable. Why buy shares when they will likley be half price in a few months
