2 weekly I agree although on Monday we may only get news from cohorts 1 and 2 so 6 patients. I would hope all 3 patients in cohort 1 are seeing benefit and depending on what the data cut off is we may get some on cohort 2. Anyway, we’ll hopefully know more on Monday.

It seemed obvious that all was well with AVA6000 as far as its half-life given biopsies were taken 24 hours after dosing and huge volumes of dox in the tumour and this confirms that unlike some molecules/warheads dox doesn't need to be modified to extend its half life as it hangs around more than enough. I'm sure the results will be superb and hopefully some initial data on Monday.

Our mechanism of action is proven so a partner will likely be interested in this. Hopefully some decent preclinical work done so they need an IND and it could be in P1 a year after. The point is with preCISION performing as designed, as it did in mouse models now in human the pipeline will be underpinned and on many a radar.

Well we get an update on data on Monday. Hopefully we also get confirmation on expansion starting this year.

If this was presented in Feb as suggested it again demonstrates how dishonest the CEO is. If he really believed programmatic would be ready (which is what he told investors) in H1 then they would have said so in the presentation rather than rolled out this year.

Given phevs was embarrassing himself on LinkedIn accusing management and the broker of reducing the raise price to allow for mates rates it's little wonder he's ignored or gets curt replies, what a clown. I bet the finance team is still laughing at the creep when he was suggesting they could get invoice financing. Yeah in H1 we had costs of nearly £1m a month but don't worry as we billed £66,667 a month. Funny as feck.

So no material RNS to say programmatic ready as phevs stated. They can win all the clients they like, as we’ve seen through the years more partners and indeed campaigns does not translate to more revenue. Costs still around £1m a month and no real uptick in revenues without programmatic. Mirriad will have less revenue at year end than last year and we know what that means.

I see a takeover within 12 months in the early P2 stages once emerging data published.

If AVA6000 continues to perform as it has FDA will want to treat patients with it ASAP the SAB at Avacta will be important in ensuring this happens (if Avacta still independent).

Pieces is such a liar saying the presentation said programmatic is ready. It said expected this year. It was expected in H1 when that presentation was put together and that was missed so the interim should announce it

If programmatic is ready so is rolled out that is material info and will be subject to an RNS. The company is aware that shareholder/s believe to be the case so if it is they will have to issue an RNS ASAP which is 7am Monday. Will be logging on to see. If no RNS programmatic is still not ready.

If there is no RNS than programmatic is still not ready. The presentation is good and well put together, decent slides and structure. It doesn’t say programmatic is ready but will do ready this year.

Dox is a generic drug and is inexpensive and is billing over $1bn a year which is growing. 6000 increase the marker size as is safer so can be administered to a wider population. Its a super pathfinder but yeah the pipeline will have a mix and clearly more exciting targets and I’m sure the preclinical work will wow those developing ADCs and those already approved.

AVA6000 is being administered every 2 weeks and as a first long treatment on naive tumours. The FDA would not allow this without strong data supporting this. 6000 clearly progressing and will be in P2 next year with expansion starting this year. AVA6103 looks really exciting and is one of 8 in the pipeline which will be revealed this year. Exciting times. If 6000 continues to perform who knows what next year will bring as regulators will be liaising with Avacta.

Buydip, I’m not optimistic until programmatic is fully rolled out. They can have all the partners they want but it won’t mean a material uplift in revenues until programmatic in place. If it’s delayed much further they’ll have less cash at year end than last year and given how poor H1 has always been the begging bowl will be out. The interim should hopefully say it’s ready as if not another painful period en route.

What I will say is if Mirriad gets programmatic ready in the next couple of weeks it should be a very good end to the year and beyond. That seems obvious. The question is whether they can get it ready for complete roll out before a raise is needed. Maybe the quiet few months will mean they and their partners have been beavering away ready for launch. If not and they have another awful raise (anything lower than the last is awful) with huge dilution the CEO has to be ousted. We'll see.

Bentley, there are parallels for sure. A CEO taking a hefty package (bigger here) without generating shareholder value and diluting holders to oblivion all the while revenues stagnate and it's jam tomorrow. H1 revenues of £400k and the CEO wall take over 50% of that in his package. Guidance will be missed again and a raise will happen end of this year or early next

They billed £400k in H1 down over 30 per cent on the prior year so there is not much to measure and that will remain the case until programmatic is rolled out. The 4m FY revenue was based on programmatic roll out in June so unless this happens pronto they will obviously miss the 4m and I assume by a lot which will mean the cash position at YE will be worse than last year and a raise will be en route. One thing mirriad does well is miss every revenue guidance ever issued and raise cash.

I know you're joking but an RNS surely on Monday ahead of ESMO. I'm hoping we get some 2 weekly data included. We will have an update on the 6 patients who were still on drug in 3 weekly in March. Of course all 6 had stable disease with small to large tumour shrinkage, hopefully they have continued to benefit and we have prolonged lives (on a safety trial with heavily pre-treated patients who are end of the road). As well as prolonging lives if that's the case we will have done so without the debilitating side effect associated with dox.

blimey if mirriad issued as many rnss on the same alliance as it has linkedin posts they'd have burnt through most of their cash. it's sad that mirriad has to keep rehashing news on linkedin. it's not subject to an rns as it's not deemed material. same as most of the linkedin nonsense as revenue demonstrates. the ceo's 6 month package and the annual **** up in cannes cost more than mirriad generated in h1.
