Sorry for the double post. Also I misread that as they said they would not get to break even. A bit of honesty for a change. Anyway, this is binary. Those buying at 1p recently thought getting a bargain and could now get 150% more shares for your money.

This surely goes under this year or IIs get rid of the CEO, put someone competent in charge but say at best £6m and 2bn more shares. If that can get to break even or at least significantly increase revenues there is hope.

50/50 which way it goes but short term looking bleak.

16 May 2023 when they raised at 3p and expected that raise would be the last as they’d get to break even. Deary me. 1.25p raise with programmatic imminent then weeks later it’s delayed and share price down 2/3rds and likely will have less cash than same time last year.

The Company anticipates that the net proceeds of the Placing are expected to meet the Company's working capital requirements only to the end of June 2024 and that additional capital will be required to achieve cash flow break even. However, Shareholders should be aware that the Resolutions must be passed by Shareholders at the General Meeting in order for the Fundraising to proceed. If the Resolutions are not passed, the Fundraising will not occur and none of the net proceeds of the Fundraising will be received by the Company. In such an event, the Company would need to consider the options available to it in terms of alternative sources of funding. It may be that such sources would not be on terms as favourable to Shareholders as the Fundraising. Further, there is no guarantee that alternative sources could be found. In the event that the Resolutions are not passed and the Fundraising does not occur, and if such an alternative source of funding cannot be found, the Company expects that it would only have sufficient cash to fund its activities until the end of September 2023.

In the event that the Company is unable to meet such obligations as a result of the failure of the Fundraising to complete and in the event that the Company is unable to secure alternative sources of funding, the Directors believe that it is unlikely that the Company will be able to continue as a going concern and it is highly likely that the Directors would (in order to fulfil their duties to the Company's creditors and to other applicable stakeholders) seek to place the Company into some form of insolvency proceeding, or a creditor may take action to enforce or initiate an insolvency proceeding. Any such proceeding would be likely to result in little or no value for Shareholders.

You should look back at similar statements. I mean there was a broker note from 5 or so years ago forecasting £6m the following year.

My understanding is revenues will not accelerate until programmatic launched. A Quick Look back at the non financial KPIs shows as well as increasing partners (supply and demand side) as well as increasing the number of campaigns revenue has stagnated or fallen which tells me the cost per campaign is falling which isn’t good. In addition they went from 2 strategic partnerships to 1 (Tencent aside) so lost one. If this was on the verge of taking off they’d be on the up not down.

It’ll be interesting to see what Monday brings aside from dire financials which are priced in they surely need a road map to programmatic and a realistic revenue guide given £4m based on programmatic rolled out in June ahead of the busy Q4.

The CEO is joke, he took more half H1 revenues in his package FFS. Destroyed shareholder value, massive dilution, falling revenues and a ridiculous package.

James black as well as the IIs told by Stephan that programmatic was on schedule to launch before the end of June and hey presto announced just before end of June it’s delayed and no timeline to launch. There is no way they would have invested if they knew and Stephan could not have told them anyway unless he wanted to be liable to breaking insider info regs. He was clearly economical with the truth (again) and I suspect there is upheaval which is why for the first time there is no interim presentation.

Retail are always the first to get screwed. If they can’t raise again from IIs it goes under and after paying staff their notice periods and any creditors they’ll be change left that will go to the IIs who recently invested and they’ll be luckily to get 1/4 of their money at 1.25p back. Retail will get nada. That said if by some miracle they manage to raise another £6m or so (will be billions of shares needed) it loved to fight another day, or another 6-9 months.

It is a superb story but they are clearly having issues with programmatic and every single insertion has to be checked over by someone to make sure it’s 100% and I believe mirriad outsources that to India but if that was also automated adding that to programmatic would be something. If the IP that good a major media co whether a Netflix, HBO or on the other side a marketing co would snap up the IP for a pittance. CEO taking £500k when they’re burning loads and so few shares so a lifestyle biz. So many of these types on AiM. Clearly something happening as no webinar for the first time. Who knows but I suspect it’s binary. The end of mirriad and shareholders shafted or one last chance and if the latter I doubt the CEO will be about as I can’t imagine the IIs allowing him to stay. If there is realistically little chance of programmatic this year I’d be surprised without a near guaranteed road map to it they won’t throw more money at mirriad. Should know on Monday.

Agreed, perhaps CEO moved on. I can't see IIs throwing even more good money after bad especially with the CEO in charge. Perhaps more cash if he is booted out. Or perhaps the co is up for sale again and IIs just want to get whatever they can. Defo something more than results given it's a pathetic £400k and no webinar.

20% of the patients had colorectal cancer which isn’t sensitive to dox so not expected to respond. It’s a safety trial remember. The dox sensitive tumours look really good and they’re pretreated and had diesase profession before coming in 6000 trial

I can’t see any published papers on normal dox tumour to plasma ratios. Avacta had targets as can be seen in the science day deck and they smashed those targets all the while limited AEs so no MTD.

CC also said they had expected a 10-1 difference when actually getting 100-1. It’s working as designed. We are seeing efficacy in patients who had disease progression in their last treatment hence they stopped and came on this trial.

Nonsense, the biopsies showed lots of cleavage in mid FAP tumours and 2 of the recent case studies the cancer cells had no FAP activity but 6000 cleaved due to FAP activity in the stroma The observation of warhead release in the tumor even in the setting of lower FAP activity is highly encouraging for our pipeline.

Tumor histology demonstrates no expression of FAP in tumor cells with only stromal cell expression noted.

Look at the number of AEs, that suggests there is little off target accumulation.

Given the £4m guidance was based on programmatic fully rolled out in June it's highly likely that will be missed and highly likely they will have less cash at year end than last year so the begging bowl will be out. Given how economical with the truth the CEO is I doubt he has any credit with IIs who may cut their losses or indeed may have one more throw of the dice as retail won't have enough interest to raise enough so one can assume another heavy discount and maybe 2bn+ shares coming to market.

They measure that is the plasma so you still have to have a max cumulative dose.
