yes i did know a fund raise was a possibility, but i didn't see it coming so soon & its slightly larger than the £5m max requirement that i thought they might needed.

the issue price is a disgrace quiet frankly, if that's the best the company can do with the pipeline of opportunities it has & all the hints its been giving through informal channels. the ceo has a lot of explaining to do & his position is in jeopardy for sure after this, if not untenable.

again my sincere apologies to everyone.

just for the record, i haven't sold a single share that i've bought since coming here on 8th april & am fully invested cash wise now, with 1m plus another 325k that was for trading, so i have no free cash to participate in the placing, to bring my average price down from around 2.12p

Christ if people followed Phevs and LOTM they’d be buying at 2p before the most obvious raise known to man and they’re now have about just over 10% of the value of their investment left.

I’d like to see which of my posts are misleading? You’re having a go at me for trading this, I mean LOTM said he has a trading pot. The hypocrisy funny. I don’t ramp or deramp on others boards like LOTM does which is why I don’t need to issue pathetic apologies for not understanding basic auditing processes.

The below post illustrates LTOM hasn't a clue what he's doing. They raised money in May and were running on fumes (according to the co they had enough cash until end of August) and even if they had another 9 months of cash the auditor would need at least 12 months to sign off as a going concern (from the date the accounts are signed off rather than year end). Given they will have less cash this year end they will surely look to raise money early Q1 as they left it incredibly late this year yet LOTM wrote (in his truly sorry post) -

As for shameless, I have written honest views and to be fair they have come home to roost. While you were on here apologising having encouraged others to buy before such an obvious raise I was warning and really warned once I had a short on. You buys with your ramping got the share price higher which made my mind up re a short. Cheers. I hope those you persuaded to invest have also been trading this too and reduced their losses

I'd like to know what I have posted here that is inaccurate. I mean there are so many ludicrous posts from the rampers it's comical.

My motives are genuine. I had lost a lot of cash here and have traded it to reduce said losses. The most I made was shorting it in March which significantly reduced my losses. I still have a 500k hedge if this comes good.

I genuinely think this is a lifestyle business and will continue to warn others. Of course the CEO could pull something out of the bag in which case I have a lttle skin in the game but his record strongly suggests they will have a lot less cash than last Dec and will need a very painful raise. I don't currently have a short position here but unless there are some serious material RNSs soon I will be taking one out (if I am able all the way down here) early next year.

to be fair i've traded the **** off it and have reduced my horrendous losses and continue to keep the 500k. i also took a short out in march last year and made a healthy profit, i don't disclose my trades like you as who cares?

whilst a raise was obvious you posted - as i posted a while back i would have been happy to buy them at 2.1p we're now at around 1.85p or less to buy, so that's 10% or more below what i thought was a bargain price. i've got my average down to around 2.025p & i will be buying more this week as i've only got 700,000 of my initial 1m target.

and - i've done about 10 buy trades so far, from a high of 2.25p to a low of 1.74p so far i bought 900,000 (& that will go to a million before wednesday) my average price is around 2p.

and-

you got the 100,000 i was after but my account login froze & by the time i actually got logged in it wouldn't give me a quote for 25,000 nevermind the 100,000 i'm after.

i've got a limit order in at 2.11p now & my 100,000 at that price still doesn't seem to be getting filled either ! :(

my order finally got filled at 8:25, so that's the 1 million.

and -ok i've just bought another 100,000 which will be part of my trading block, not happy at paying 2.29p for them, or selling something else at a not good price to do so but nevermind, it is what it is.

i happened to put some cash in gbp a while back waiting for it to spike yet again. it has today so i've just sold it & added £75 to it & bought that other 75,000 shares at 2.168p

and-all quiet so far today, the calm before the storm, lets see if there's an rns in the morning & what triplelift have to say in the afternoon. (nothing as they walked away!!!)

People need to know Mirriad has always missed guided revenue. If they hit guided revenues this year they will still have less cash than last year come Dec 31. Ouch. They will, history suggests, miss revenue so will have a lot less cash at year end and we know what that means.

My paper losses are less than half yours as it stands. I knew Mirriad and met the old BOD when they IPO'd way back when. I keep the 500k here as have written it off and it by some miracle it comes good I still have them.

I csalled the raise bang on while you were buying more as didn't understand the audit process. You were also selling Mirriad on other PLC boards and then came on here with your tail inbetween your legs apologising to those you convinced to buy. Oh no, Phevs bought back as FOMO too much. Phevs has pumped and then dumped twice before. Here come even more immaterial LinkedIn links. He did this for 2 years ramping all the while revenues fell. It's material RNSs that matter.

Ha, yep 1 sell trade in 20 mins worth less than £700 although that's more than MIRI bills on average a month from each of the 50 US states

pump and dump is on. we had this a few weeks ago. still no material news in rns but yes more linkedin nonsense. companies have seen the kantor research (market leading research co) so they know the vpp results are impressive. the thing stopping them doing more which is why demand side fell massively in h1 is it’s so difficult to get permission from all the stakeholders which is why programmatic won’t work. you can’t sell this at scale. they need many more pumps in order for their large holders to sell into.

the only tr1s we have seen are sells. some will get spiked but always interesting to see who is left holding the ****.

That being said given how strong the 6000 data is how remarkable the 6103 animal data is we could see a partnership deal announced from nowhere. Chris downplaying a preclinical deal which says to me it would have to be a pretty special deal to interest them but given the data and proven platform that is not beyond the realms in the short term. I like the fact Chris wasn’t expecting this as wants more data for a better deal. Big Pharma may want to strike early and give the terms she’s looking for now. The 6000 data will only get better which has improved on the animal models so bodes very well for 6103 and beyond.

My understanding is that cash burn has been significantly reduced. I believe fewer than 30 staff and of course one office now. Once they sell DX there will be info on cash in bank but it seemed clear to me they do not expect to have any issue come April when the accounts are signed off so we won’t see a repeat of the awful Feb raise. More data to come in expansion and given the tumours all sensitive to dox and assuming the drug continues to perform (why wouldn’t it) the data will be superb and many options for deals on 6000 and beyond.

Seemed relaxed and makes sense to wait for more data to sign the kind of deal we are happy with. Much better now costs reduced but clearly need to sell DX and then runway extended into 2026.
