17.5M shares disposed of yesterday.

So both sellers have no stock left to feed the market!

On the face of it the book is back to where it was at trade 89 12:46 1.05p to buy & 0.90 - 1.20 spread

When you cancel out the 600K of sells & buys yet the quote isn't anything like it was back then, even with this 500K buyer kicking around!

Varnish, yes that's Artemis out & they were obviously competing to get out with the much bigger player !

The question is did the big player get rid of its last 3.1M shares at the very end of yesterday & the trade hasn't shown up yet or is that stock still to hit the market ?

Either way we'll find out soon enough especially if these 500K purchases carry on ! 6 of them would clear the end of the other seller & that should stop the downward pressure for now at least.

You can't treat every company the same.

If you had studied ENET & its past history you would know that yesterday was a pump to do a placing, only they've done it so many times now & there is so many shares in issue it gets harder & harder to find mug buyer, hence why they only got rid of 177.5M shares they wanted rid of the full 377.5M they could have issued.

They should have done that placing weeks ago but were hoping one of the pump & dump crew would come along & pump the price & they could do the placing on the back of that, instead the price just drifted lower & lower because the last 5 P&D's which happen more than once a wek on that share, failed to move the needle compared to those on Nov, Dec & Jan

Shares in issue 2,934,610,273 outstanding warrants 2,350,000,000 most of which are already in the money.

So effectively 5.284 Billion shares in issue already & just £275,000 in the bank .......... other assets ?????

That simply isn't true, they don't have to report the shareholding change 1st thing the next morning, they have up to 4 days to do it, you might see it later today given when the other ones have come out or Monday.

Well that would kind of tie-in with what seems to be this sort of 3 month time lag ......

Measurement we started hearing about end of July, first ispot announcement end of October.

First Shopify blog post mid December, so 3 months on from that is mid March!

With all due respect, I don't believe the seller has been cleared yet!

If you actually took time to read the RNS's you'd see the last declaration yesterday stated they had 17.5M shares left, yesterdays trade of 14,396,668 would leave them with 3,103,332 shares still to get rid off.

Once that's been churned through, then that seller is out, until you see a trade of that size or 2 trades that come to the same number, then they still have stock to get rid of, but given the volume of the past couple of days, it shouldn't take that long for another 3.1M shares to be soaked-up.

Today's announcement says it all really.

They couldn't find enough buyers to issue the full 377.5M shares that they could have issued with there current authority limited to 1.6 Billion shares which I highlighted to everyone at the time was a massive mistake on there behalf they should have gone for 2 Billion or more as the limit.

Now there having to call another EGM at shareholders expense not at the expense of the directors who should be paying for it out of there own pockets for there stupidity in the 1st place.

Its also very clear that yesterdays announcement was a total pump & dump attempt by the directors who have absolutely no shame or morals whatsoever.

Its also very clear to all of those who are not wearing pink blinkers, that they do not currently have the funds to make that last settlement payment with !

Goodness knows at what price the next raise is going to be at, even at 0.05p max, dilution is going to be massive long term shareholders now have virtually no chance of ever getting there money back, nevermind making a profit.

The directors should be sacked end of story.

Its really sad to see investors being used this way.

I must confess 2phevs I'd never looked into there past history (ie pre Mirriad) interesting tie-ups.

Looks like 3 more staff have either left or just been removed from there LinkedIn data yesterday / today.

"Publicis" name keeps coming up with everything Mirriad seem to be involved in at the moment, I guess they must be one of the two ad agency groups they talked about & are perhaps the nearest to the finishing line!

They are allowed to have 1.6 Billion shares maximum currently.

So they have the ability to place 377.5M shares without seeking shareholder approval.

Thanks, but much of the credit should go to 2phevs, as he's the one that does the vast majority of the research on Mirriad.

Yes I know its very lengthy & maybe I should have tried to cut it down in size etc, but once I had started writing it, I felt the right thing to do was to tell the full story as much as possible - warts & all so that people could grasp the basics from it, use all the links to verify things & then do there own additional research on top of that.

I have lambasted them for over 10 months now about there failure to communicate & educate there shareholders & potential investors, I feel like I'm banging my head against a brickwall. Maybe my latest email will finally make them see sense in that regard.

We certainly aren't benefiting from it interms of where the share price should be, but there again if the events of 2024 hadn't happened then the share price would never have been at this level & my holding wouldn't be 2.5%+ it wouldn't even be 1% in all honestly.

So anyone looking at Mirriad now is getting the chance to get a good position (holding) in place before others discover it & cotton on, or that trigger announcement finally comes out.

I mean how many other companies out there, put out news articles to the press & then don't RNS/Reach them to there shareholders! Extended partnership with a Multinational advertisers !!!

Looks to me like whoever bought the 3M share & 1M shares at 09:55 this morning on the back of Ajay18's trade hoping it was going to go on a run, bailed out just before the market closed.

Imagine if there is an RNS in the morning!
