Mark McDowell has taken out a 4M share long position on 13/3 in the 17:34 announcement at 0.675p

Then closed them on the 14th - 1.8M at 0.89p & 2.2M at 0.985p

I bet there feeling sick right now if they haven't taken out new positions since then!

Yes they made a good margin, but only a fraction of what they would have got today!

If your a long term investor, then might I suggest you take a look at Mirriad as well, I wrote an investment case document a couple of weeks ago on the company for another shareholder who wanted to share it with a couple of contacts of there's.

Flightman, unless the current 22.5M figure I have you down for is out by 0.5M then you can get 7.5M & go to 30M safely.

There are 1.033 Billion shares in issue so you can hold 30M shares quite safely :) and still call it near enough 3% of the company.

I'm sure you'll want to get to 25M or roughly 2.5% or 1/40th of the company at some point :) but no point competing for shares at the same time as your friends, best to do it when sells appear, that way everyone can mop up as many shares as possible for the same amount of cash. So I'd suggest co-ordinating with them to save everyone money :)

They marker the price up pretty quick when they got those buys close together, drip , space, drip, space might be the way to go :)

I'm only reporting the facts, I've no idea why the seller wanted out at virtually any price & neither did the company hence its RNS on the sharp drop in the share price. The other seller was quite aggressive to.

I'm not saying this is true in this case, but I have heard of instances where some of the foreign shareholding insto's are only allowed to be invested in company's with a minimum market cap of X amount. so if that's breached they maybe forced to exist the investment within so many days & if both were in the same position then you can just imagine them both scrambling to get out & find anyone willing to take the shares.

Even when there were clearly buyers there, they just sold didn't try to let the price rise a bit & get a better price it was like out at any price!

As for tomorrow, who knows what will happen, it could be up, or down or stay the same, there are only 172M shares in issue & if you look back at the chart it can move on very little volume so I'd expect to see a lot of movement tomorrow, a lot of people have good healthy profits, but they are also aware of just how quickly this has fallen for no real reason other than those 2 insto's wanting out .............

Spend your time tonight looking at the recent RNS's that should help you in making good decisions & show just how quickly things moved!

There has been at least 2 big sellers over the past couple of weeks, one sold very aggressively last week, sold over 22M shares!

Both have sold out now.

There can't be any placing currently because the company is in a strategic review see the RNS's, although it will need more cash, if its not bought out. The last placing just 4 months ago raised £1.3M at 11p a share a 39% premium to the then share price of 8.5p

Yes very funny indeed ! :) & an absolute belter of a day in Thru terms :) I took some of the table way too early by the looks of it :( but had missed out twice earlier in banking a profit so wanted to make sure I did this time round in case it fell back like on the 2 previous occasions. The other 0.5M I'll wait & see what tomorrow brings, it gives me money to live off for a while in the meantime.

I'm wondering if that was you buying more Mirriad ? one of your friends dipping a toe in or whether it was one of Bestmate's contacts getting involved ?

I hope we can get some of the other THRU profiteers to have a look at Mirriad as well after tomorrow :)

Ha, been distracted most of the day by events elsewhere :(

I didn't even look at the late buying of Mirriad until now ! I had been waiting on a phone call, but I got one I wasn't expecting instead that lasted over 2 hours re my January issue - :( looks like its going to be a long drwan out process to get the appropriate financial redress - the big question is going to be around who the responsible party for it is!

Well it is after all about making money at the end of the day, but you can't do that if you don't have advertisers in Mirriad's line of business, so when you get big ones (top10 spenders) becoming partners, that has to be a positive step, as is them then spending money using your product!

History will end up tell us the rest ........
