You keep getting the Investec RNS each day because the company is in a "strategic review" & since I think Investec are connected with the company (broker/advisor) they have to show daily dealings etc.

There are different rules apply during this period so that there is more transparency incase an offer for the company comes in or some one is stake building etc.

All eyes waiting to see if there is a new Lombard RNS regarding there holding hopefully they sold out fully yesterday or have very little stock left to pass on to the MM's.

Well 1st seller of the day did themselves no favours did they!

If they had waited 1 more minute then they might have got the 2.22p that someone else got instead after the 2 buys!

Anyway 2.16p to sell 200K just like at the close yesterday, so all good.

The Company continues to evolve its approach to investor relations and continues to invest time and energy in communication. The Company hosts two webinars during the year which all shareholders can attend and are publicised via RNS. These are supplemented by webinars specifically aimed at retail investors. Major shareholders are also given the opportunity to meet the Company on formal roadshows which are held at least twice a year.

The Company holds frequent all-staff meetings and conducts an annual staff survey to communicate strategy and performance and solicit feedback. The number of all staff meetings was increased as a result of remote working and the Company has continued these at an elevated level even though staff have returned to most of the Company’s offices. The Company continues to focus on staff well-being as part of its general duty of care. The Company has three mental health first-aiders who received specific training and who are available to talk confidentially to staff on any issues they have.

By the sounds of things, everyone here has had enough of the ongoing silence from the company.

If Flightman, 2phevs, Bentley43, Buydipsellrepeat & Bestmate (I'm just seeing you've never put yourself on the list even with nearly 10M shares!)

All agree that we're no longer going to put up with this silence, then I suggest we all write into the company with the exact same email telling them that unless there is an immediate change of attitude from them we'll band together & call an EGM etc.

Between the 6 of us we have nearly the 101M shares that would be required to call one & for anyone else reading this I'm not in anyway trying to exclude you, but the fewer people involved the better because of all the paperwork going down the EGM route will involve, if we need other's then we'll ask for those with the biggest holdings to come forward if need be.

I'll let you all think about it overnight & then you can let me know tomorrow if you all want to go ahead or not & if you do then we will find somewhere else to agree the wording of the document because I know they check here.

Sadly you'll have spells like that where you are just completely washed-out, its really hard at first especially if you've not had a major illness before. That's why I say to people take it easy & don't push to hard baby steps are best.

I'm sure Bentley43 will be kind enough to let us know in due course as to what they want to do regarding being on the Shareholders list or not etc. (or being put to one side for now as I did for them previously).

Even better that it was done at 14:57 then, because they didn't go NT after it to stop sell's & even accounting for it in all today's trades they were still offering 2.16p at 16:29:59 which bodes well for the morning.

Bentley43 the Investment Case Document is there on advfn to use as a source of reference.

We can only go by what's in the public domain.

If your uncomfortable with the lack of news, which we all are, then write to the company& tell them how annoyed you are with the Board of Directors. If your still not happy & prefer to be out then that's your choice & decision to make.

I don't want to see anyone lose out who's been here for a long time, simply by not holding on a little longer for official news & then regretting it later, possibly for years to come.

How many of them are known to have contracts with Seven.One / Joyn ?

Of the ones in your 1st post, Rembrand are only just trying to do VPP into TV content, I doubt they'll have done all the work required to do that & signed up with Seven.One in the meantime given they are USA based.

Ryff is the only other possibility & you would have expected to see there name on the Seven.One website if they were indeed doing VPP with them.

Those on the 2nd list I don't have any knowledge of so won't comment on those ones.

Fortnefvrsbrve I've no idea about the 284K trade, if its current then the seller got robbed because I can sell 200K for 2.16p 7 have been able to do so since my last post.

Can you afford to wait until tomorrow morning to try & buy stock after all the NT's the other day!

Well they'll now need another 400K from Lombard to cover those 2 buys that they got hit with while trying to trigger losses & scare people, then only trouble is everyone can see that the last 6 sales from (13:03 trade 181) were all done at the same price or a higher price than the previous sale, so who'd want to sell next when the person after gets a better price !!

They were maybe hoping to trigger some stop losses or frighten people into selling, instead a buyer who's been waiting to get in sub 2.20p hit them instead! so now they have less stock than they had 5 mins ago! :)

Oh &its now changed to 2.13p to sell 200K if you want to take it & give the next person a higher price!
