I bet you were totally shocked when you got back to see the volume! unbelievable & there are still 2 hours to go!

I wonder if they have lined up another announcement for later in the week to hit the market with a double whammy!

I'm still looking for a USA news release either by Mirriad or Group Black but still haven't been able to find one :(

No I've still not traded a single Mirriad share yet!

Bang goes my plans to get possibly 8M more shares into my ISA next week & protected from CGT :(

For several reasons, to show how undervalued Mirriad is compared to those 2 shells, not to mention the £75M already invested in the business, but anyone forward thinking will realise that this years "Upfronts" negotiations start in early May roadshows are already happening for some of the content providers & the big media players have started to clear content for the advertisers now!

Oh and lastly the Multinational / Brands are demanding access from the Content Providers to do VPP because the revenue uplift it generates for them is overwhelming ( roughly $26 per ad $1 spent compared to just $7 per ad $1 on normal adverts).

Those looking at CPAI & SCGL have honestly miscomprehended Mirriad if they had done any research at all they would know that Mirriad missed out on a $20-40M contract last year at "Upfronts" which was not due to Mirriad but a problem between the Content Provider & the Advertisers over content clearance not being guaranteed in time.

If that deal hadn't fallen through Mirriad would be at 1.25p plus right now, because Mirriad only needs around $65-70M of advertiser spend to break even on a yearly basis.

I honestly can't say, M&G might have sold some, Rathbones possibly to or IPGroup, certainly the earlier pumpers from today have sold & moved on, or are waiting to try & give it another go later in the day, but the volume certainly wasn't all down to them & they weren't set in advance of the news that's for sure. So would love to know where the rest of the buying came from!

I certainly wasn't expecting this kind of volume on that news, that's for certain, but a very welcome & healthy turnover of the share register as it will have cleared a lot of existing holders who were looking for 0.4p to exit on.

I hate to thing what will happen when they finally confirm the end to end "Programmatic Solution" is live, it will make today look like a drop in the ocean that's for certain.

Well Fortnefvrsbrve, TheTradingShack or anyone else who bought a few Mirriad shares last week you're doing alright!

Fortnefvrsbrve, its quite simple a number of the Janus Henderson Investors are now selling there holdings as well, so they are selling down as are Lombard Odier Asset Mgt who are nearly finished now.

The other announcements are about individuals who have been buying 1% or more of the shares.

So there is a really high turnover in the share register going on at the moment.

I suspect we will get an trading update from THRU later in the week.

TheTradingShack, I presume your broker told you that you needed to submit a form ?

I should have seen the Janus sell down occurring earlier & sold out until they were done selling! my mistake

If you're referring to Rathbone's holding, it is not held by funds it is held by a number of high net worth individuals who will all make there own independent decisions on whether to hold or sell there shares.

It all depends on where the news gets shared I guess, will Group Black put out there own news release in the USA ? Will Mirriad put out a USA news release ?

If either do then its down to who see's it & what they do with the information.

Have you actually paid any attention to the documents the company has released lately ?

If you did then you'd know there are near enough 3 Billion shares in issue now, not to mention 2.4 Billion warrants that have all passed there exercise price target condition, all that will hold some of them back from being issued is the length of service required on them.

So effectively for valuation purposes there are now 5.4 Billion Shares in issue, giving the company with a tiny amount of money in the bank a market cap of @ £15M & no assets that it still has to eventually pay for acquiring when it does find something suitable meaning much more dilution will be on its way.

I mean we've nearly traded 10% of the company this morning (seller to MM then MM to buyer) when you consider there are 1.032 Billion shares in issue.

The churn has been enormous.

I might even attempt my 1st ever Mirriad Sale today! given 0.45p is around my break even point & I do want to trad this on the way up!

Wish they could have held all this back a week! I would have got a lot more shares into my ISA next week to protect them from CGT :( oh well can't have everything!

I haven't set a target price for my core holding, I'll judge it as time passes, if we are anywhere near 1.8p of earnings per share next year, then it will be double digit pence I'm looking for.
