Hi 2phevs,

So Amazon recently changed its terms & conditions to cover virtual product placement (VPP) within them!

There is clearly a lot going on in the background that we're simply not aware off & SB seems to be as silent as he possibly can be.

This is a really big 3 weeks, so lets see what happens ....... there could be quite a lot of news over it, or maybe they'll continue to say nothing until forced to.

Yes I'm kind of taken aback by that Rathbones RNS yesterday, those investors are all underwater & by a lot more in there average price holding than either 2phevs or I are.

I honestly thought they would just slowly drop down the major shareholders list as they slowly exited one by one disillusioned with Mirriad and its performance over the years, but clearly there has been a change in sentiment within that group of people!

No idea what exactly has caused it, but never the less good to see that even they are now seeing positive signs that they like & are prepared to commit more cash to.

Different ball game I'd say.

There nothing wrong with having a long-term holding & having it displayed on the list & another trading pot of shares as well, to either increase your long term holding or to invest any profits elsewhere.

Hi theTradingShack, sorry I've been out since from before 12:00

As I said previously, I hadn't sold out completely, I still had a small parcel of shares left & I bought some more at basically the price had I sold them for previously.

I suspect we'll find out in a couple of days time that Dr Cooley took his holding today close to the 3% mark without going over it & that he'll be buying again tomorrow & crossing the 4% threshold, that way you're disclosing as little information as possible.

That's my view on it & yes I could be entirely wrong with it.

The share price could hit 1p & I doubt you'd have bought in by then, as you'll have found another reason to hold off doing so & that will be 4 or 5 or even 6 times what you could have got them at by then. And even if you did buy in at that price & if it went to 10p & you'd continued to hold it continuously until then, you'd have got a 10 fold increase instead of 40/50/60 times your investment instead.

It much easier for a market cap of a company to go from £2M to £10M than it is to go from £10M to £50M, but each to there own, good luck with your decisions, but Mirriad doesn't seem to have the right kind of risk/reward profile that your really looking for.

Well put, Buydipsellrepeat, but careful what you wish for !

I bet that RNS caught a few people off-guard !! & scrambling to read .... given the timing of it, it was highly unlikely to be about funding thou.

So one or more of Rathbones clients bought around 11M shares in total on Friday & they will have paid well over 0.3p a share for them. So to see some of them turning positive on Mirriad is a good sign.

Even if there was a placing currently being discussed Rathbones would know about given that Mirirad classifies them as an insider, & even if there is one being discussed there hardly like to let some of their clients pay in the 0.3's for stock, if there is a large discounted price in the offing are they?

Everyone can work out the implications of that for themselves, but it looks to me as if the previous trading patterns are about to be broken & we might be starting to see a pattern of higher low's occurring.

Why would you wait for an RNS that might cause a gap-up on open ?

I've made it very clear to the BOD & NOMAD that there will be serious consequences should they even attempt a fund raise of any sort, prior to releasing an RNS that fully updates the market of all relevant Mirriad news, so that the market price is fully reflective of the companies true position ahead of any cash raise.

Hmm Dr Cooley is a good name to have taking an interest in the company.

I highly doubt he's only interested in a 2% stake in it.

I'd say maybe 5% would be more his style! but with this one you can't go quietly you have to declare after crossing each 1% mark daily! so much harder to do it quickly especially if there is little sell volume going through at the same time.

The Dr buying in should allow Janus to fully exist now & then there will be nothing really to hold this back with the 4 big sellers all completely sold out.

Good to hear that you've increased your holding now !

As you know Mirriad gets a cut of the ad revenue generated by each VPP campaign.

Having PRIME Video with its viewership, along with 39% of the USA CTV market, Group Black etc will give them access to ever increasing amounts of cleared content for the big Multinational Brands to spend there Ad$ on.

On an annual basis Mirriad needs those Advertisers to spend around $70M at the current £/$ exchange rate with the content providers for it to breakeven on there cut of the revenue. After that its roughly £1.4M of pre-tax profit per $10M, although I would expect them to need some more staff as the workload continues to increase, so by next your the £8M cost base might be £12M, but by then I'm expecting VPP revenue to be well north of $200M as per the Investment Case Document.

Amazon, WBD, Paramount, Group Black to name but some.

There has to come a point in time when someone within those organisations thinks to themselves, should we either take a strategic stake in Mirriad or just go ahead & buy ?

The last thing we want is for it to fall into the hands of a competitor, who then decides to use it only for themselves to gain a competitive advantage & the patents stop us from doing the same thing & causing us to have to find another solution that takes time, effort & money to achieve at scale.

Well there goes another £1K on having to put out a corrective announcement!

They'll have to check & re-check all the voting tomorrow with such a huge turnover of the share register to make sure that those who voted early were eligible to do so. There will likely be a large number of votes that are now invalid & have to be removed.

The new owners of those shares would likely not have time to get all the paperwork etc completed & submitted on time.

Amazon PRIME - Mirriad Inside,

2phevs, I was just going back over things in my mind, trying to see when this PRIME Video / Mirriad connection might have started & very much gone under the radar (while it was being developed quietly).

At the end of 2023, 5 of Mirriad's partners were already working on "Programmatic" with a view to having whatever it was that was being developed being up & running & generating some revenue for the company before the end of June 2024 (which obviously didn't happen).

SB until late 2024 constantly liked to use the phase "Mirriad Inside" when he was talking about the progress the company was making regarding its partners.

Now I always took that to mean that a Mirriad employee was effectively working inside each of these partners to ensure that the system (Programmatic) they were developing would be compatible with what Mirriad had?

Then he sudden stopped using the phrase "Mirriad Inside" altogether!

Could Amazon PRIME be one of the 5 associated with that "Mirriad Inside" strategy back then & its just been like all the rest of the "Programmatic" stuff beset by lengthy delays / testing ?

Or do you think there is no association between the two & that SB was referring to something completely different when talking about "Mirriad Inside" back then?
