Oh without a doubt the TDMA or Group Black on there own could make Mirriad profitable.

$70M of annual ad spend would see Mirriad break-even.

Just look at how much GM alone spend with Benlabs & Mirriad aren't as restricted as Benlabs are in terms of the work they can do or the mercy of how much the director puts in the finished article, because Mirriad are working with finished material all the time.

Then when you think of PRIME, think of all the different countries its in & the different languages to!

Every addition has a ripple effect now .....

I know where your coming from, but I'm not sure you can simplify it that much, some of those product placements will have been in big budget films etc as well.

Then you have "Prime Time" viewing like RTL are doing in Germany which clearly will command a higher fee per 1000 eyeballs than other timeslots during the day etc.

So really hard personally to even think of an average figure that might be in the ballpark.

I see Mirriad is now down to 93 employees again I wonder who has left this time round ? more of the development team ?

I'm still trying to work out what Mark Melvin, now brings to the business?

I've seen his name mentioned on a few very old announcements but in the near 13 month's I've been here, I don't think I've seen his name quoted on a single press release, it usually always SB or MTH (did see one with EO & another couple with PV but both of them have left now).

The most important stat of all .... revenue using normal advertising is around $7 per Ad$1 spent (pre-roll or mid-roll), combine that with VPP & each Ad$1 spend results in revenue of $26. A total no brainer, which is why the Multinational Brands want access to it.

Hi Flightman, that delayed trade is a bit of a bummer but nevermind, yes it is holding up pretty well & could be setting a new higher low :)

Those sitting on the sidelines hoping to get back in at a lower price as usual might be a little worried this time round, especially with the up coming events, any of of which might lead to multiple news items.

I was having a look back at the share trades while its quite.

We've had 3 big buys since Wednesday last week, the 9M trade, the 12M trade & the 8M trade. If I exclude those trade (net positive of over 30M shares remember)

Wednesday trading was negative 0.75M shares

Thursday trading was negative 3.1M shares

Friday net buy volume was about 14M shares,

Monday trading was negative just 2.3M shares, yet it saw the price drop from 0.38 - 0.40p to 0.33 - 0.36p

Tuesday so far net buy volume is 1.2M yet the price hasn't recovered at all yet its down at 0.33 - 0.35p

Over that period net buys of 9M shares (15.2 - 6.15 ) plus the 30M !

So there is no way the MM's are sitting with much stock on the books, it looks like they are playing a dangerous game because as soon as a few buys come in they are going to be under pressure immediately, unless they can attract some sellers or trigger some stop losses.

Yes really want to see a 8.3 form from Janus, not sure they will have sod the lot yet, but it should have reduced there holding by quite a lot, especially if other MM's have been tapping them for stock.

If there isn't an 8.3 form from them then that opens out another can of worms, ie who else is wanting to unload a quantity of 1.5M & how many more do they have to dump ? given the size they would need to produce an 8.3 form as well.

Clearly your not interested in finding out the important info ............

So if you're not doing your own proper research don't expect others to do it for you, so that you can get a free ride on the back of it.

Did any of you check yesterday's sale's which are Investec's buy's ? NO

If you had you'd have found that none of the 1.5M they paid exactly 1.6p for actually occurred on the LSE, therefore those 1.5M shares came from elsewhere !

The most logical source of those shares given it was either done in a one'er or several blocks at the same price would be Janus !!!

It also says date of the trades as the header there.

The back-up is in the individual trades themselves, the 3 x 500K trades match those from the 25/04 pricewise etc as does that rather unique 735,294 trade (10:49:51) on Friday. Some might be prior to that date or on other exchanges

The results of the EGM on 8th April were released at 09:45 it's now 30 mins beyond that timeline ......

Sadly that's a pretty poor guess by the way :(

DR Cooley bought on the 25th, Investec had no share dealing go through them at all that day.

So if you wanted to take an educated guess following on from that info you'd say that none of the 1.768M that went through Investec yesterday was trades of Dr Cooley's still leaving a lot of trades that could have been his.

However you've missed the key info
