Your Analysis is completely wrong, there are multiple fundamental mistakes in it.

I'd go back to the beginning & start from there & MFAI most certainly don't have £4M in cash, there latest RNS tells you that.

Montmuzard, the 1.035p trade of 1,449,275 was likely a buy as its timestamped 08:00:41 ! meaning someone was very keen to be buying at the open this morning.

People will realise soon enough, that MFAI will be one of the very few ways that you can invest alongside the UK & Irish Governments in what they think are the best AI opportunities around !

The SVV1 fund is now in exit mode, so there should be quite a lot of cash coming back into MFAI in the not to distant both from its direct 13% holding in SVV1 but also through its 23.8% holding in SURE Valley Ventures.

What they do with that cash is up for debate, they might want to hold on to some of it so that they can participate in any of the SVV2 & SVV3 investments holdings 2nd round of funding as they grow etc.

Sure going to be some interesting times ahead with this one, that's for sure

Hmm that's interesting because SURE don't normally put out there Q1 numbers until July each year.

The Q1 numbers are down on the Q4 valuation.

This is a very strange statement within the RNS

"The NAV of Sure Ventures PLC for Q1 2025 stands at 168p, which represents a 7.18% decrease for the period. This decrease was largely due to FX swings on our book value position in Infinite Reality. We have maintained a 20% discount to book value and have not uplifted the valuation of Infinite, despite a further public revaluation stated by the Company."

For a 7% swing to be down to FX swings on the $/£ rate over just a 3 month period, there must be a lot of value there in the 1st place for this to happen. They keep talking about "book Value" of IR/Napster not the actual valuation of the company & they are still applying a 20% discount to that figure.

Now is there IR/Napster "book value" less 20% discount based on the $5.1 Billion valuation at 10th July 2024, or the $12.25 Billion valuation of 10th Jan 2025 ? since then the valuation according to IR/Napster articles is one of $15.5 Billion in mid May 2025 & according to a Forbes article there is talk of a dividend or exit opportunity in June 2025 at $20 per share or a $18 billion valuation!

So take your pick as to which of them SURE were referring to ..............

Hopefully MFAI do a far better job of informing share holders which valuation it has used for IR/Napster when it gives an update before the end of June!

It makes sense, if you were one of those involved with the £5M convertible loan note & knew you were getting shares at 0.2p per share when the market price was 0.6p ish last week (66% discount to market price).

Since you know the company is very likely going to accept the chunk of cash, you go into the market & just keep buying the stock for the next few days until there is no more to be had at under 1p.

Then when the news finally comes out, you buy some more to create that initial buzz & once the herd arrives you can start to unload your shares for a healthy profit, knowing also that your dramatically boosting the value of your convertible loan at the same time!

Whereas virtually everyone else is going to suffer very burned fingers

Right now that is very hard to say.

The public will get a rough idea with there results before the end of June or with Sure Ventures quarterly NAV figures in early July.

Infinite Reality (Napster) is the big unknown ...... Last July when it bought Landvault (which the SVV1 fund had a 7% holding of) it was valued at $5.1B its implied valuation since then has gone up to between $15.5B & $18B.

Now there is a lot of talk that IR's (Napsters) value is hype & that could well be true but in January when it had a $12.25B valuation it managed to raise $3 Billion in cash!

Very much a watch this space one .....

MFAI, as an example are trading at well below there NET ASSET VALUE, they have stakes in around 25 AI investments currently. They are invested along the Enterprise Ireland & The British Business Bank (ie governments) through Sure Venture Private Equity funds.

2.5 Billion new shares from the conversion of the £5M loan plus 454M shares currently is near enough 3 Billion shares in issue (excluding any other warrants or options that might exist).

So multiple that by 6p & you get an implied market cap of £180M

Anyone investing here is effectively buying SCGL at its peak of about 12p where I was warning people of the insane market cap it had then & look where it is now under 0.45p a share.

If you want to buy AI stocks then find ones with some actual assets & not just hype, this is daylight robbery right in front of peoples eyes. There are going to be a heck of a lot of people who lose a fortune on this one, mark my words.

Wow, well done to those who caught the pump wave & hopefully exit before everyone else cottons on to what's happened here .......

Those involved in the £5M convertible loan, have no doubt been buying up TAO shares for the last week, to ensure there was no spare stock around & are now pumping & dumping it & making vast sums of money from it all.

People need to wake-up & realise that the £5M converts at 0.2p per share that's 25 times lower than the current share price.

They will get 5 shares for every 1p of that £5M, that's 500 for every £1 or 2.5 Billion shares for there £5M

Total madness - now the share price is 6p I see, that means the company is valued around £180M now.

There are going to be burnt fingers everywhere on this one.

The point you might have missed from YTeeBack's post is that it is another piece of the jigsaw puzzle.

Getvisability's realised price was around the carrying value of the investment on SVV1's books ( most likely from MFAI's books as well) when you convert Euro into £'s etc.

Reading the previous RNS's this cash was meant to have been paid in Feb 2025 & has only arrived now. Better late than never.

It ($0.5M) will start to make a tiny hole in the £4M+ of debt (loans) that needs to be paid off once you account for the interest costs of the loans. They need to be getting that other $1M in ASAP.

Everyone is thinking that the results at the end of June will show the true value of MFAI's holdings, it won't ......

The results only cover the period to 31st Dec 2024. At that point IR (Napster) only had a $5.1 Billion valuation.

So unless they provide a recent updated valuation to say 31st March 2025 or the latest valuation that there aware of for the portfolio, the NAV figures your going to see are well out of date.

The next Sure Ventures update in early July is likely to shed more light on how things went in Q1 2025, I've no idea why they seem to be nearly 3 months behind producing the figures, yet they'll give the Q2 figure before the end of August 2025.

I wonder how many more of the SVV2 & other SVV companies were there yesterday ?

Just imagine MFAI via SVV & the Government getting the chance to invest in those considered to be the brightest prospects for success!

Then think if they were able to liquidate part or all of IR just how much money they would have at there disposal to invest in these new AI companies & acquire significantly larger stakes in them than they can currently afford.

Because you now know the value of IR within the overall valuation you can start to work out what the rest of the SVV1 investments were previously listed at especially as Getvisibility's value was already close to the cash exit price achieved.

There is much more you can discover from the data if you were bothered enough to do it.
