When you read through the list of investments, they all seem to be doing pretty well, doesn't appear to be any that are struggling so it will be interesting to see how much the 11 exists produce in the coming months!

They might want to ask SVV1 to transfer there 13% holding in Napster direct to MFAI rather than sell it !

This other AIM listed company was the potential acquirer of Mirriad.

It wasn't BenLabs or Rembrant that had approached them it was some other AIM listed company...........

I'm a lot older than you & a complete technophobic, a week ago I'd have said absolutely no way, but having listened to my boss last week about all the AI stuff he's doing for work etc, I tried copilot for the first time on friday to help do my deep dive into MFAI / SURE valuations etc & I can see how proper AI could really speed that up & enhance it especially when it learns how you like to do things (research etc) & you don't have to type just give it instructions etc I could actually see myself buying that Napster product!

You need to realise that a large percentage of SVV1, SURE & MFAI existing NAV comes from Napster/IR.

Your not adding it in its already in the figures so if the existing Napster/IR shares could only be disposed of at under a $5.1Billion valuation then the NAV of SVV1, SURE & MFAI would drop from the figures recently published by SURE Ventures Plc.

On the flip side Napster/IR already has such a massive weighting on the NAV that they're not able to show its true value because it would take the holding over the 60% of NAV threshold ! So they are having to record it for now at an old book cost discounted by 20%.

The question really is one of is Napster/IR worth $5.1B, $12.25B (at a valuation where $3B in actual cash was raised) $15.5B or $18B or another figure ? once you know that then you'll actually now what the true NAV's of SVV1 SURE & MFAI are.
