If anyone is free & close by on Tuesday it might be worth attending the AGM to see what is said there about the Rule 7 breach on the PR1 holding!

PRIM clearly know about AIM having rules since they want shareholders to grant them a Rule 9 waiver, so what are the potential consequences of breaching rule 7, does that mean the big share buy-back has disappeared ? or are they already buying back some of there old PR1 holding .......

The key Hopist is for them to be truthful with there statements instead of looking foolish.

They get the £1M contract & they have enough money to last out 2025. They raise £2.5M & that's only enough cash to give them a 12 month runway!

Now which is it ? because it can't be both ..........

£10M of sales to breakeven & targeting that for 2027 ! with sales of £2.3M in the 1st quarter of this financial year !!! & a potential pipeline last stated at £18M !!!

CEO needs to take a long hard look in the mirror & to get a grip of what the message to investors is meant to be here or exit left asap & let someone else takeover who can do the job properly.

Those are really poor things to have put in that announcement, they don't add up & show a total lack of ambition & market savviness by the CEO & board of directors.

You could also have 2 PRIM company directors in trouble personally over the PR1 issue, as per my post 1st July 12:48 if either of them has sold any of there own holding in PR1 as its highly likely that if PRIM sighed a lock-up agreement that they to signed it as well for there personal holdings, given the RNS back then.

Of course there is the possibility that neither director was subject to the lock-in agreement, in which case you'd have thought they would have wanted to make that point clear to PRIM investors. Otherwise who wants to invest in something where the directors carryout actions that breach corporate governance!

A real mess by the looks of it & very little being said on the matter! so it doesn't look like it will go away any time soon .........

Well I guess that explains why the share price simply wouldn't move any higher. I wonder just how long those in the know knew this placing was in the works & got to attend company roadshows etc to promote the idea.

I can understand the rational behind what there doing & partners/ potential partners wanting to know for sure that APTA was going to be a going concern for at least the foreseeable future. Taking things inhouse to have strict control over them & improve the profit margin makes complete sense.

However there should be no reason or excuses now for the company to need any addition funding going forward end of story.

Undervalued certainly, unappreciated - hmm maybe by the market, but not by the various sectors its working in & it certainly won't be by anyone whose lives it eventually helps.

I intend to keep buying this when I can, not sure I'll ever get near your 10M but we'll see never say never in that regard! (will need to risk trading some along the way)

Hi Laura2022, you're always adding to your PYC holding which has gone nowhere in months now, you must own north of 5% of it by now!

I know you look at the health sector in particular & you've said it was the best small cap player in that sector. but have you looked at APTA ? because if you had I'm pretty sure you'd now be saying its by far the best opportunity in that sector by a country mile......

It would have been very interesting indeed to see how much of the £2.3M came from that pipeline & how much of it came from other sources & also to see if it has expanded further in the last 3 months.

I guess it might not given the uncertainty that's hung over THRU for the last 3 months.

Now that customers can see the viability of the business going forward & the uptake of the product, it will give them confidence to proceed with their orders now. Another contract like the one just signed & they'll have a cash runway extending for another year!

After that breakeven & profitability will be the targets & with only 171M shares in issue

I'm surprised that 20 x 85 series systems are only £50,000 a piece I thought they'd be north of £100 K each. Much more affordable than I thought they'd be for sure.

I'm also surprised that they've not put out anything on linkedin about it yet!

I wonder what other contracts they are expecting to conclude before the end of July $$$$

Current Valuation is going to look silly pretty quickly given PENTLAND (55%JD SPORTS) & Schroder's paid over 11p a share last November.
