Meet Kevin: our Head of Customer Support.
Based in our Didcot, UK, office, Kevin has been with Thruvision for 8 years and is responsible for the day-to-day management of our technical support team, which delivers a range of services to customers including support and maintenance, system installation, organising and deploying on-site trials and demonstrations, and customer training. Kevin’s role entails extensive travel, and he can frequently be found in the thick of system deployments and demonstrations in all corners of the globe. If you are a Thruvision customer, it’s very likely that you’ll meet Kevin in person at some point, especially if you are in Africa or Asia!
Kevin has extensive experience of delivering mission critical services to customers. Prior to joining Thruvision, Kevin served 14-years in the Royal Corps of Signals, providing battlefield communications and information systems for the British Army. Upon leaving the Army, Kevin completed a BSc degree in Computer Science.
In his spare time Kevin is a huge sports fan, and tries to watch as much as possible, especially if it involves Manchester United. Kevin also enjoys gaming, reading and walking the dog with his family.
