Well I did know it was coming, but not that it would be released so soon after I posted (& that was down to me just waking-up! other wise I would have said so earlier in the day).

Interesting to see the Schroders hardly suffered any dilution to there holding at all.

Just need to see news regarding orders now!

Still more TR1's to come including Schroders, who like Pentland participated in the placing, but we don't know if they participated to the level needed to not see there holding reduced slightly.

There also might be other new shareholders who took up more than 3% of the placing, just like Dr Cooley did.

How stupid, Did you actually bother to read the RNS & study there content & do some research before posting that Rubbish ?

Cantor Fitzgerald Europe hasn't sold a single share from there 11,250,701 holding as announced on 29th July RNS. The drop from the headline 6.4821% to 2.5082% in the latest RNS is simply the result of the placing nothing else.

Herald Investment Management Limited headline percentage drop from 10.80% to 8.89% is also due to the placing & there percentage drop is far less because they took up some of the placing.

I suggest you request there removal by admin

Seems to still be strengthening with decent sized buys continuing to come in. People paying 50%+ more than they were yesterday morning.

Certainly would be a good time to get an update on new signed contracts for July.

A sign that Dr Cooley clearly believes in THRU's 81 series product, which is excellent given his background.

I should add, its very rare to see sentiment change on a stock that quickly like it did yesterday with THRU.

From no interest in the stock & virtually unable to find any buyers at 1.25p to people buying 1M share blocks yesterday & the continued buying that's going on this morning................ clearly some people know something, or think they know something that the vast majority of investors don't currently know.

No I don't know anything regarding deals it was just wishful thinking based on THRU's comments in late June about deals they expected to get in by the end of July to extend the cash runway at that time, before the £1M+ deal dropped.

There pipeline was £18M+ & at some point some of them have to either turn into orders or become contracts that simply aren't going to be won .......

Anyway I've got my eyes peeled on Linkedin!

Personally I thought the revenue number was a bit disappointing to be honest, I was expecting a bit more than that.

Maybe the revenue from some of those deals & work orders didn't make in onto the books in time to be registered in the accounts & will be in the 2026 accounts instead.

It would have been good to get some sort of targeted figure for 2026, maybe its a bit early for that & we'll get that when the release the actual 2025 results in due course. I'd be looking for a figure certainly north of £2M, if not £2.5M from what we know.

I'm guessing there your trades then! & probably on 2 hour delays or longer.

They were very "keen" to post all the sell trades earlier, I guess hoping to try & frighten holders to sell before the price dropped if you just looked at the trades going through not the fact the quotes weren't changing.

Would love to see a Linkedin post talking about a new sale or two that they've just done 1 (but aren't material enough to need an RNS)
