Is there any evidence that LOAM sold today?

Feeks, Id rather not say actual numbers, and I'm not sure it would tell you much because you may think the number was low or high based on your personal wealth.
Nanoco was about 6% of my portfolio at my average of £0.29 (a lot I feel).
Of the total shares owned this morning, Ive just added an additional 8.9% at just over 60p
It's all in my and the wife's ISAs and SIPPs, so happy days.

Don't worry Jayhays, if I adjust the price per unit in my model to just £5 per unit sold, with 40% of the award going in legal fees, and a 6x multiple for future annual revenue, the price is £1.55/share.

By model for a global settlement/all global sales, at £10 a display, with 30% of the award going in legal fees, with an 8x multiple of future sales says £3.85/share.....
But TV sales, other manufacturer QD adoption and QD use in other products seems to be accelerating hugely.

I have a limit order in, not fulfilled yet....... Market cant price it right now.

From memory BT said, we’d only settle for fair value for the IP, for GLOBAL sales, for the past and future, for the life of the patents (some 2028 some 2035). A settlement is the very best thing that could have happened.

PTAB was mostly a delay tactic, added a year to the legal process, burning Nanoco's cash and trying to put them under. Nearly worked too.

Love it Frostbar, no wonder Samsung are fighting so hard, they’re so committed to using Nanoco’s patented technology in an increasing number of applications that the consequences of losing are huge.

Imagine Nanoco securing an injunction preventing the sale of any CFQD products in Germany, as soon as H124.

If Nanoco prove infringement in court next week, we can all sit back and watch a rising price until they settle.

Agreed Intrusive, large holders will always manage risk when they have a very significant holding, and 20% is very large. Texas is likely a binary event, they'll get a huge return after a court win, but if we lose next week and Nanoco can't defent their patents, it could spell the end.

Interesting, I thought the lawyers and the third party funder share the risk? Well whoever's putting up the money is confident enough to expand the action.

BT said that during legal discovery, where both parties request and share internal/confidential documents and information, the Nanoco team were not allowed to see some of the detail because it may contain trade secrets, and vis-vis. So Nanoco's lawyers will see all of the detail and will not share all of it with Nanoco.
Although there's always risk with legal action, one of the things that gives me huge confidence is that Mintz (Nanoco's lawyers) have seen everything, and are still going to trial. But more than this, in the last 6 weeks have agreed to expand legal action in Germany and China.
Mintz have seen the details of Samsungs defence including how they produce their CFQDs, and are confident that they can proove infringement in court.

With a positive court outcome and ultimately a licencing deal, which will likely be agreed before any US appeals are concluded (mid 2024 at the latest due to court action in Germany/China, but it could happen any time if a settlement is reached), the SP should be at several £s, and that's not including any commercial orders.

If this gets some good press coverage as 6th Jan approaches, during and after the trial, we should have a significant boost.
