Firstly - nice to see so many posters and posts again. The BB has been relatively quiet for a long time.

I don't accept that a factual telling of our story is automatically damaging to the company. We are here because we support the company as well as having a right to know what has happened to our investment. I am sure many of us are invested in more than one Georgian company (BLOE would be the obvious example). Our story is a positive one in its support of Georgia, and its reasonable that we question our treatment by the company, and by Zaza specifically.

We have had no indication from anyone that the election has any direct bearing on our situation. We just hope it will. Well we have been living on hope for the past two years. The election is just another self-imposed hurdle, just like the arbitration was, and the upcoming US actions will be. No Opposition party is taking a "do a deal with FRR" position. If the GD win, or are the majority in a coalition - then what?

Zaza continues to ignore us - and now the farcical situation of him blocking shareholders on FaceBook. The only person doing damage here is him.

The story has already been reported / disputed from many angles -

Arbitration award - reported
GOGC / Govt side of the story - reported
Opposition views on GD - reported
Zaza's side of the story - reported
US senators, congressmen etc - reported
Local staff (the pay issue) - reported
Shareholders - not reported (though SH mentioned by Zaza in translation #1)

We now have 2 news organisations interested in our story. One of them had previously spoken to some shareholders (I don't know who or how) and seems to know the bare bones of the situation and wants an update.

StarRage is right to say its ultimately my decision to go ahead with this - but I want any comments sent to try and be as representative as possible of this BB. Otherwise I would have just gone ahead and not mentioned this to anyone.

I am in the process of putting a document together. I will post it here and folks can add / comment and I will try my best to include. I will try to keep it as concise as possible.

For those that think we should hold off - please get together and come up with a paragraph that represents your collective views. I will make sure to include in the final document.

I suggest once the document is finished, FHSG email it to all the contact points they have and allow a few days for a response. If nothing is received then it goes to the reporters.

If Zaza was so scared of shareholders, or he thought we could inflict serious damage we would have heard from him by now. If this reporter can help us uncover what has happened to our money then its worth a try.

StarRage - if you or anyone could give me a very brief summary of that it would help a lot. My brain is lost down the translation rabbit hole so I forget all that came before / since!

Also, if this does look serious and might go ahead we might find a way for others to share their personal stories with the reporter. I will try to think of a way to facilitate. Thats a way off yet, but the more personal stories the better.

I am in very early stage contact with a reporter in Georgia. I explained that we are the one group Zaza doesn't want you to see. That we are the people who invested our hard earned savings and pensions to support the company and Georgia. That since delist there as been zero communication with us despite our many attempts to communicate with him formally and informally.

The reporter says this could be an interesting side of the FRR story that hasn't been covered to date.

I am thinking now how to reply, what to include, and how to make it as factual and precise as possible so it's not a hatchet job.

I think it should include
- last RNS (as StarRage shared earlier)
- Our search for information
- The story of FSHG
- The confusion over the Arbitration
- The sharing of the Award (real or otherwise)
- The repeated attempts by so many to call / email / friend / tweet the company without reply
- The USA court cases (not sure about this part)
- The US$160K spent on lobbying this year to date
- Our crowdfunding as a desperate attempt to find out what's going on with the company

Please add / comment on any of this and I will try to incorporate.

This is by no means a done deal, but finally we have someone who might listen.

To all those who have been emailing the various FRR addresses without reply. Each message you send is a reminder that we are still here and we are still watching

Mole - i am sure 99% of us would have been happy had you got a one line "hang in there" note from him. Yes we would have had a 1001 questions but we would have held them until the appropriate time. Thats all it would have taken as you so rightly say.

Any fallout now is down to him. A possible example of this will be explained in my next post

If shareholders posed such a threat he would have got a message to FSHG or anyone he thought fit pretty sharpish to tell us to keep quiet. We didn't even get that. We came up with the "on the advise of lawyers" theory ourselves. Completely baseless.

We are self censoring without reason - No request from Zaza to keep quiet, so I see no reason why we should.

Goit - to the "its fake" excuse they can now add your "he doesn't know how to use Facebook" :)

Not sure what you mean by verified genuine but he is there with a smiley face, all his posts have his comments attached. I looked at his friends list - about 50 I think - a lot of journalists and some members of the Opposition. I did look at the pages of some of his contacts and some are professional pages and some are purely personal filled with family pics etc. There was nothing like that on Zaza's page hence my attempt at contact.

Between my latest attempt, FSHG numerous attempts both as a group and (presumably) privately, and other people who might have have tried that must amount to a mountain of rejections

if not then we really have beaten ourselves into inaction. It's the people who do nothing that enable Zaza the most.

Aurora1 - you have opened the door for the enablers to come along with an "its fake" excuse. Then again, It's likely the best they can offer as a justification.

Kdashian - it was most definitely a business profile. Most of the posts where geo-political in nature and the rest posted various letters & statements from the Energy Minister etc. Nothing personal / family related at all. I am not sure how asking a perfectly rational question is "attacking", but then again we have allowed him to treat us like something he stood in for so long we automatically expect and accept this type of treatment.

tsbs1 - I am guessing there is around GBP1,000 left, but you will need to ask Puddy for the precise amount.

I think we should consider any action at this stage.

For all the Zaza-enablers. Just think - He had an open page on FB broadcasting to the world - until a shareholder contacted him. So it is still ok that he talk to the press, cable TV, press conferences on FB, and now he is talking to the world via his own FB page.....but it's still OK that he doesn't talk to a shareholder? Thats somehow normal and acceptable?

When I sent the 'friend' request I also sent a message explaining I was a shareholder. I asked why he has ignored all approaches by shareholders (FSHG etc). His blocking tells me all I need to know about where we stand with him.

I sent a "friend" request to Zaza. Took a look at his friends page which seems to be made up of people in Georgia or of Georgian origin.

Finally, our Dear Leader decided to respond to a shareholder!! - by blocking me. Not only that, but it now seems he has closed his page to anyone not already on his friends list or made it invite only - so we shouldn't hold our breath for an invite.

I could almost feel the contempt for shareholders as he hit that block button. Pesky shareholders wasting his time like that.

I am in another AIM'er that is also listed in S.A. and likely rues the day it did. Doesn't help exposure and given its current finances its too expensive to de-list from that exchange. I see BMN listing in S.A. (when, not if) as a needed step, but will hopefully fast-track them to other markets thus allowing greater I.I. exposure. The vertical integration is superb and as my fund manager observed, with Fortune diluted down to a small %, there is a high level of transparency to protect the PI. Its a pretty unique AIM company.

Thanks all for your replies and I don't want to get into too much back and forth. I just wanted to point out that he is a serious investor and I am sure the last thing on his mind is to come out fighting as he really is a champion for this company.

I am very active on the FRR BB. As we are delisted we don't get so many "newbies" but I can clearly recall the suspicion that I aroused when I started posting. Each BB has its own personality, and even on FRR while one person will be slaughtered for a perceived negative comments, others can get away saying similar without rebuke in a "its how they are" kind of way.

Hopefully he can take your comments on board, and equally hopefully you can see what he is saying rather than how he says it and it can meet in the middle somehow.

I hope he wont mind me saying this but on FRR you could say he is one of the "big 4" - he helped set up a shareholders rep group that has several hundred members representing about 25bn PI shares - you cannot imagine the work that must have involved with data protection etc. I do the translations and that is already workload enough. I don't say this to make him out to be some kind of saint, rather to show that when he goes into a share, he goes in all the way.

Hopefully once he is off the naughty step you can find a way forward.

My first post on this BB though read it every day as I recently invested in a modest way. A bit bewildered - and suspicious - about the concerted attack on poster brgmg69.

I can tell you that I am not a random poster popping in to stick up for another poster suffering a completely unwarranted attack.

brgmg69 introduced BMN to me a few weeks ago. It's the only stock he has ever recommended to me. As I said, I did some research and I took a small personal holding. I am also a director in an investment fund and I recommended BMN to my fund manager as the company and tech was new to me. After more research and correspondence with brgmg69 our fund manager also became excited.

Following on from brgmg69's intro our fund set up and enjoyed a very productive conference call with Fortune and Chika on Aug 28th. Though nothing sensitive was shared, we where greatly encouraged by the fact that Fortune did almost all of the talking - from the horses mouth, so to speak. How our fund came to be interested in BMN was clearly explained to Fortune and Chika.

Since then brgmg69 has come back to us with more questions and suggestions based on the contents of the call and his further research. We have now put brgmg69 into direct comms with Fortune and Chika as we feel his knowledge of this business and his questions and ideas can be a potential benefit to the company.

Two bits of FYI
- How am I connected to brgmg69? We have a crowdsourced "Translation Fund" on the FRR BB and I arrange the translations. One person holds the Fund, I arrange the translations and payments, and brgmg69 is the 3rd party to oversee that what I agree with the translator is the same as I advise the translation fund holder, so ensuring transparency with the payments.

- Did our fund invest in BMN? Short answer is no. Nothing to do with the merits of the company which we feel are good. Our Fund follows a specific country-centric formula and S.A. just wasn't on our horizon - but it is now. We hope to make some investment decisions re BMN in the short-term.

I am not sure why his reasonable comments here warranted such a co-ordinated attack, including the use of vile language. There can't be that many here who in such short a space of time has done so much behind the scenes to promote the company.

How you can label that as suspicious should really be a case of concern to those genuinely interested in actual debate.

StarRage - I know many where surprised by the 'political' nature of the last translation (#29). I just came across #3. We didn't pick up on it at the time but that interview is also political and Zaza doesn't explicitly mention FRR at all but instead focuses on the familiar talking points of sanctions and lobbyists. So translation #29 doesn't seem so out of context any more.
