Following the recent meetings in US, the US and EU have now issued a joint statement that calls on the other side to accept the compromise and cease their activities. It would seem that the viewpoints promoted by ZM have been refuted by the west.

Fo those who are FaceBook friendly, ZM has removed all mention of Frontera from his 'about' / 'employed by' section. It used to say Frontera Resources with the logo, then a few months back it changed to just the word Frontera. Now the section has been removed.

Me again - I found a copy of Nikoloz Mamulaishvili passport in one of the djvu files. His D.O.B is 10/06/91 and his passport includes his I.D. number which is the same as you have - 01017019486

You can find the file on the enreg site, search using NM's ID number and the company number is 405373313 (Frontera USA)

Some of those meetings in US are with the same people who wrote the critical letters which referenced FRR.

A bit on Georgian ID cards - a person can apply for a Georgian ID number upon reaching 14 years of age. They have a 6 month window to apply and "the personal number is assigned...according to the place of residence". I can't be 100% sure but it might be that age isn't directly linked to the ID number.

WellOiled - I can't find his ID number but this is from one of the submissions in the ZM v SN etc. case:-

I can't recall who originally shared info on the two companies set up involving Zaza's son, but I think those posts must have the ID number.

It reads more like the seizure of physical assets.

It's the translators understanding that the goods have been seized from FEGL.

I have asked the translator to help clarify what the record means. As the form is already available in both Georgian and English it is possible he will be just as confused as we are.

appw9 - I can't explain the missing e but we have seem similar omissions in documents so I think its more than likely a typo. Both the Georgian and the English copies have the same spelling.

WHamBoy - its really hard to fathom what is going on with the documents.

I think this document is a record of things seized from FEGL. (But it is also possible it goods seized in favor of FEGL)

I can't tell if that's five different entities owed monies or its one organization. #204905674 is the registration number of FEGL. It could be action by FRR or could be a more local calling in of debt.

Hopefully we get more documents loaded, or others are able to offer a better explanation of what they mean.

I had an almost identical message to the one JimSlade shared.

As with the earlier update, I have sent the chain to FSHG so they can verify. I also asked that they share it with their membership if they feel this would be useful.

Also thanks to Mole and WellOiled for clarity on the 5060 sq km issue, as the area stated in the court doc made no sense.

The signed order reinstating the case has been uploaded. I can't copy it but it states that SN appeared via his attorneys in support of a portion of the Mourant motion for a modified docket. The status of the case is now open and active
