The signed Order granting an extension of the TRO to 28th May has been uploaded. The Court states that it is relying on the language of the original TRO in granting the extension, which was very critical of ZM "he is in the process of stealing.." etc.

This refers to the Appeal trying to compel ZM into Arbitration with reference to his employment contract

This is what that report says about Georgia (from April 2020)

"Georgia: From 1997, Frontera Resources has operated a Production Sharing Agrement with the Government of Georgia (the"”GeorgiaPSA”"). To date, Frontera has invested over US$500million in extensive exploration and production operations, which resulted in identification of significant oil and gas resources in Block 12. The operations conducted by Frontera include, but are not limited to: more than 2,700 km of 2D and - first in Georgia’'s history - more than 230 square kms of 3D seismic data acquisition and interpretation; drilling of more than 30,000 meters of new wells, including multiple side tracks and horizontal drilling, and analysis of over 1,000 existing wells; construction of extensive oil and gas infrastructure including installation of a 14-km natural gas pipeline, gas gathering and processing network which connected one of Frontera’'s gas fields to the national pipeline system and allowing for commercial delivery of domestic produced gas to customers for the first time in Georgia’'s history. Frontera has obtained numerous certifications by U.S. independent reserve certification companies of its extensive oil and gas resources. Frontera has continuously employed hundreds of employees and contractors in Georgia and the United States to conduct oil and gas operations on a 24-hour basis and plans to continue this practice."

From the Technical Credentials report of 24/04/20 (Exhibit 8) -

"Moldova: In January 2017, Frontera Resources signed with the Government of the Republic of Moldova a Concession Agreement On Geological Hydrocarbons Exploration Works on the Territory of the Republic of Moldova With Their Subsequent Exploitation. Frontera is now in the fourth year of its exploration works and has identified previously unseen prospectivity in an unexplored basin that has received no material modern exploration works since the 1970'’s. Extensive new geophysical and new drilling operations are now planned to be executed within the next 24 months."

ZM's filings included a Proposed Order to deny FRC request for a TRO. Instead, it seems the court have set a date for a hearing on the merits of ZM's counterclaim and the jurisdiction issue. I expect the TRO is automatically extended until that time. We might get more uploads that clarify the matter.

If you go through the 30/04 Hearing Transcript the judge seems pretty clear that ZM opened the door himself so allowing Texas to have jurisdiction on this matter.

Earsbern - the docs I am referring to are new filings in the ZM v SN, LG, TN case and are related to the TRO, not the Mourant case. Its easy to get confused!

Thanks NJames - seems ZM has gone for the 'throw the kitchen sink at it' approach. Hopefully we get some resolution in a few hours time.

Sorry I am unable to copy but hopefully someone else can - seems a couple of new documents including 'sanctions' and ZM 'response to counterclaim (looks to be 16 pages long)

The hearing today is an attempt by ZM to dismiss the TRO / case against him. ZM would seem to be basing it on technicalities - 'I don't live in Texas so the court doesn't have jurisdiction' even though the court found otherwise - rather than reply on supporting evidence. FRR lost the first attempt at a TRO because of a technicality, so maybe thats why ZM have chosen this route - or this is stronger argument than their evidence. The judge previously rejected the evidence presented by ZM at the last hearing when granting the TRO.

R8pilot - I thought the hearing was 2pm local. Do you have an update? -

1. My name is Zaza Mamulaishvili. I am over 18 years of age and of sound mind. All the facts set forth in this declaration are based on my personal knowledge.

2. I am a citizen and domiciliary of the Country of Georgia.

3. I co-founded Frontera Resources Corporation (“FRC”) in 1996 and have been a shareholder of the Company since that time. I have held various roles at FRC, including serving as its CEO, President, and Executive Director from June 2017 to August 2020. I have also served as the General Manager of Frontera Resources Georgia Corporation (“FRGC”), a former subsidiary of FRC that was established to support FRC’s operations in Georgia.

4. This declaration is intended to supplement to my earlier declaration dated May 3, 2021.

5. To the best of my knowledge, FRC has had no office, employees, or any operations in the Republic of Georgia since 2019. It has not had an office, employees, or operations in Azerbaijan since 2001. FRC never had an office, employees, or operations in Moldova, Ukraine, or Bolivia.

Three new orders have been published. One each for FIC / FRGC / FRCC. They seem to be identical. They don't cut and paste very well:-

Ziggy / ODR - I suppose another way of saying that first point in the message would be "The company is focusing its efforts on the countries that are relevant to the business - USA and Georgia, and so we don't need to focus on other places".

or

"In this message we lay out what we think is important, and we won't focus on issues that might seem important, but actually aren't" Again, just my take, but thats how I read it.

Another point to consider is when the message says "we appreciate it is not easy....." which I think is a way of saying we are only seeing part of the picture. Not everything is playing out in public.

I am choosing to see all the submissions / filings etc from ZM for what they are - the historical record of a crook and a conman. He might yet have more tricks to bring to the table. Should he drop something that appears devastating lets take a breath and keep in mind our side seem well prepared and have matters in hand, at least so far. Hopefully today finally signals a small shift in our favor.

Next milestone that we know of would appear to be 14th May US time for the hearing in Texas.

The “comms chain” has been made acutely aware of shareholder concerns over recent events which include the release of documents such as the Cayman Order. The following message has been received in response. It begins by restating the territories which the FRC legal team are focusing on.

Message reads as follows:-

The company has an extensive and experienced legal team in the United States and Georgia that are focused on protecting the company's assets.

While bound by a proper measure of confidentiality regarding our overall strategy, we are able to confirm that, indeed, the attempt to convert and steal Frontera’s holdings has been blocked.

We appreciate that is not easy to ascertain from the mountains of paper that have been pulled from public domain sources.

However, we hope this provides you with the comfort that Frontera's board is advancing our collective interests effectively.

As we recently communicated, this week's ruling in Texas was the most recent example of this effectiveness.

We will do our best to provide clarifications where necessary and, when appropriate, will provide an update to the Frontera family regarding our forward progress.

The_Gambler thats a good find and I believe reflects the GG going to court to successfully block Green as was outlined in the recent FRC Counterclaim:-

"At the same time, the court denied Frontera's Annulment Application, it upheld the Government's Annulment Application and granted an injunction as to Green Capital prohibiting it from disposing of oil or other assets that were under the ownership of FRGC and further enjoined the enforcement of the court’'s decision as to Green Capital."

Just an assumption - The TRO was Awarded based on the Amended Counterclaim. The Amended Counterclaim seems almost identical to the original one except for one thing. It starts with a procedural amendment to an earlier declaration. So it could be that the original TRO failed on a technicality rather than weight of evidence. Since that original hearing ZM has filed a lot of additional supporting evidence (PSA, Award etc) but the TRO, largely unchanged save one amendment, was granted.

Just to clarify the situation with the TRO's.

30/04 - Original TRO Denied

04/05 - ZM Declaration (dated 03/05), Award etc uploaded

then later that same day,

04/05 - TRO Awarded, along with a Temporary Injunction
