Pretty shameless that the individual will have no hesitation jumping in if / when things come good. It will be the first and only time they exerted any effort in this cause.

I did not say, and I certainly did not infer, that anyone here took the hard earned contributions of others for their own personal gain. For you to infer otherwise shows how little you appreciate the hard work and efforts that went in to setting up the fund. I can only assume time, effort and initiative aren't your strong points given you compete lack of appreciation.

Morning Toatie - I was only joking about the work, don't worry about that at all.

I think the fund still has about 3-400 quid left in it. Puddy and Zib likely have the more accurate figure but I make the total spend to date GBP1.929.40 / US$2,452.48 (we pay the translator in US$). I think the fund total was around +/-GBP2.5K thought I am sure some charges, fees etc had to come off that for the hosting platform.

So I think we are OK for a little while yet. Hopefully we have something posititve to translate soon!

The point is that be it you sending your messages to the company, toaties suggestion on the fund (which now seems a lifetime ago!) and all the other small steps that many shareholders take, which might seem wholly unconnected at the time, can go on to help and paint a bigger picture and expand our understanding of what is going on. Thats why I say, every bit helps.

Good to hear from you toatie - you play an important part in this story. As I recall it was your idea for a "wee fund" that kick-started the translation fund. many owe you (and Puddy and Zib) a huge thank you for that. Of course the flip side is you caused me hours and hours of bloody work :)

Montiburns - yes they have to reveal all and be open to shareholder questions at the appropriate time. These court cases will soon start to happen or be dealt with pre-hearing. Each time that happens is one less excuse for quiet by them.

Lifeishard - if I may - a small suggestion. Take out the "jokey" titles / references. Keep it short, precise and professional - exactly what you would expect from them. Lets communicate with them in a way that we would expect they will eventually communicate with all of us. Tsbs1 you are wrong to think that no one was thinking about you – ZM and his enablers thought very long and very hard about you. They thought and planned how they could pat you on the back and then rip your heart and soul out (but most importantly, your money. That ZM-friendly barf-bag of spin conveniently ignored the damage caused by ZM over the years (and which the company is battling to reverse on multiple fronts and on our – and so your - collective behalf), neatly ignores one of the most ruinous court case of all – instigated by ZM which in part, set out to nullify the rest of us. I guess that isn’t noteworthy as it doesn’t throw shade at the BoD and it did declare ZM a crook and a fraud. So best pretend it didn’t happen eh? No need to fret over the small stuff.

I am sure we are just a few posts away from “ZM is innocent”! type nonsense. (“it was all a plan”!) I suppose we should prepare for yet more historical revisionism to erase the havoc, destruction and financial ruin planned for and caused by ZM (and his supporters).

The BoD made many mistakes but they know that ultimately they will be held to account for by us. But at no point did they stiff us, steal from us nor s****** at our distress.

WHamBoy - one further point. Just because the Motion to Stay was denied doesn't mean the case will automatically go the same way (of course, it might).

To date there doesn't appear to be a timetable for the progress of the case and the Motion by SN hinged on procedural / technical matters rather than the meat and bones of the case. We will have to wait and see how the court / each party proposes to move forward.

WHamBoy - its hard to say for sure if your "1-2-3" are correct. This case isn't so much about winning or losing in Georgia, its about the personal guarantees offered up by SN, ZM. The parties do seem to be working together on the other cases and it is reasonable to assume why high for shares if there is nothing to fight for. We would need to see more evidence to be sure on this point.

Pretty much as Whamboy says in his 01:27 post with a small but important distinction - the case is not FRC (in which our shares are registered) v SN, ZM but rather FIC v SN, ZM. This case involves personal guarantees fo cash an or shares in the company from the personal stash of SN and ZM rather than direct from the company.

The Q2 lobby report is available and shows that spending in Q2 was “US$5,000 or less”. Cornerstone / Tyler Nelson is still listed as lobbying for FRC.

That represents a big drop in spending compared to other quarters. A large part of the previous spend on lobbying took place during arbitration and managing the fallout from that and related issues. If matters are now close to resolution, then it would presumably reduce the need to lobby so expensively and intensely.

Whilst a ‘prudent’ use of cash could also be a contributing factor, lobby spending was always available in the past regardless of what else might be going on at the time.

Thanks Bobbyrash - good to have it with english subtitles. At the 1:55 mark it talks about "5 drilling locations" which might explain the 5 projects that showed up in the printed version / translation.

The "5 projects" also came up in the article I posted on 16th July that also is focused on gas -

I think the 5 projects might be referring to this from the ops update - "Advanced discussions on non-dilutive funding for the five-well development plan".

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing but a side track was done in order to meet the Minimum Work Program (MWP) requirements for the license confirmation -
