Was not aware of this but in the 10/12/20 RNS - The warrants have an accelerator clause whereby in the event that the ordinary shares of the Company close above 16p per share for 5 trading days during any ten day trading period then the Company has the right to require warrant holders to exercise all warrants held by them within 7 days. Any warrants not exercised when so required by the Company will automatically expire at the end of the 7 day period. (Pursuant to the Placing, the Company will also grant Investors a warrant to subscribe 1 New Ordinary Share in the capital of the Company for every two shares subscribed in the placing exercisable for a period of two (2) years from Admission of the Placing shares at a price of 12 pence per ordinary share.)….. today’s close was 16p due to UT trade so that another day ticked off…..I wonder if this explains the erratic sp…..forward selling the 12p warrants into the market ???…I will be very dissatisfied if this is what’s going on.

good news...bad news...so now we are drilling later this year....is that because of the new targets require different permits?

The interview does nt go down well in my book- all potential and nothing is de-risked an he even mentions bulk tonnage at low grade production - so to conclude- with the drilling so far,nothing de-risked and everything is still open to interpretation so that why sp dropping..but listen to the interview and post what you think- I might just be upset being in at 5p+ and down 30% so far b

Cottesloe No date has been confirmed but on the 4th June rns we were told that it’s not just Red Setter to be drilled- “Terra Search will run Cottesloe's exploration concurrently with our work at Red Setter and service the exploration efforts from the Telfer based camp.in conjunction with Red Setter”- very exciting things to come- there was a 1 trade at end of Friday just as it rose into the close to finish at 16p so I’m guessing rns Monday.

Fairly bounced back up from 15.5p to finish 16p- had a dummy sell for 50k @16.02p so someone wanted shares at the end of the day- hopefully news next week of drilling commencement and we will see 20p again

Can’t wait to see all the results from all the ongoing projects- initial observations looking good so far- commencement of drilling news next for Red Setter- due any day now

According to the U.K. Energy there’s a SAT for Lincoln under well intervention operation.....the Stena booked for 1/7/2021 to do a job for c90days for TailWind energy according to Brad are Offshore so looks like if it goes it’s for 2week p&a operation but if anyone has other info ...please post links etc

Hur can not purchase bonds...they can only redeem which mains they pay the full cost of the set price of the bond,as stated in above link
