Sorry, what does the lack of an AGM tell me, surely the fact that the Co are moving forward with FDA registration surely suggests someone is doing something to move forward 🤷‍♂️

Irishboy, if you where a serious investor which I’m guessing your not then why constantly trash talk the Co and instead get behind it, you seemed to be incorrect on the IP ownership and looks like your wrong about the FDA submission so what is the ulterior motive behind this constant behaviour you have against the Co

Thank you Hammered for resolving the par issue and yes I agree the new team need a bit of time to get back on a level playing field. I personally think Mr Strauss has done quite a lot in his short stint at TS and let’s hope he’s the one to finally get it over the line for us all.

The answer to both questions Irish boy are I don’t know the answer about it still trading but it is and why would you not want it to trade as Im assuming you are a shareholder like myself, no not a BOD member just a shareholder who bought into the concept of a very unique product, I find it odd that if you are a shareholder why the negativity or are you just someone trying to bad mouth a company that’s moving forward, did you not see the announcement today.

Irish boy, I think what you are referring to are the 16 m shares from the fundraise from May22, and the 1p is the par price of all company shares not the sale price

Clearly Irish Boy you’ve not read the RNS statements? Sanders got 8 m warrants for his loan convertible at 2.5 p it was all in the RNS no shares at all so will cost him the 200k to convert the warrants “ you go and enjoy Boney M now, oh and check the RNS statements more carefully in future

My understanding Irish boy is that there is no further 20 million shares on FDA clearance, I think FB has a short memory and it would be on the admission docs, and I believe sander’s conversion is at 2.5 and not 1.25, maybe it’s time you stopped believing the lies and actually support your investment like the rest of us, I’m sure more positive news will start to follow, like FDA registration and further funding especially now everyone is aware the Co own the IP, despite I believe your claim along with FBs that they didn’t own it.
