Thanks for pointing out the custody charge, not sure how I feel paying £24 each quarter to keep the shares under their custody.. Will see how the SP moves and decide based off that but it'll interfere with my Options trading account if they take fees without funds in the account.

Just to confirm, when you opened the shares dealing account did you also make sure it was an ISA? You can open an ISA with IG and transfer from one to another retaining the tax benefits - so long as your total year allowance doesn't surpass £20,000.

Subnet isn't doing too hot, think its going to be a couple of months of lows until everything is squared away.

Not too sure what you mean by collaborating ? I’m already staked on the net - Open Tensors the validator I use on the net for the moment.

Really interesting thank you - one thing I’ve noticed, you can’t buy Cel Ai subnet on there.

I wonder what the reason is ?

I'm trying to work that out now - I believe every $1 of subnet "Price" is equivalent to 3.5 tao daily for the owner and nearly 20 tao total emissions.

Cel Ai has about 200 Tao staked into it - I found this by looking at all holders and summing the Tao. But sadly there isn't an absolute easy way to identify how much Tao is staked.

If the $1 to 3.5 owner Tao is accurate, then to hit 50 we're likely to need a subnet price of ... $2.5 to hit 50 emissions total daily, and that would net the owner 8.75 Tao a day.

Been looking around some of the other subnets - Subnets with a price of $3.5 have total emissions of 68.01 - looking at SN52.

The owner tokens alone - 12 Tao daily, at current price is worth an annual 1.5m dollars.

Subnet 42 - which has a price of $1.2 gives 4.12 Tao daily to the owner

To reach these prices it'll need a substantial amount of staking, but it seems to be a necessity to draw in greater emissions

@ST - you can transfer your shares to another broker before the exchanges change yes. - you need to make sure they trade within AQSE as well.

Although at a 96% loss, you're either holding forever or selling - unless you intend to DCA before future price rises.

4 - 6 weeks is crazy. IG has a turnaround of 14 days roughly, Make an ISA there and you should be able to initiate a transfer - the form they give says to post but you just need to email it to the correct team.

Yes we can see the comment, but my notion is that without staking in the subnet - it's emissions won't drastically increase unless the miners / Cel traffic does.

Staking in a subnet directly influences how much daily emissions it gains, that's the principle of the whole Tao subnets, participation (staking) results in greater emissions for subnets.

It's 2 Tao right now, but it has hardly anything staked in it.

I wouldn't say 50/50, 80/20 in favour of the BTC - once the subnet hits a certain point retail investors and recycling of the emissions will feed it up.

They shouldn't buy all their BTC in one go especially with September approaching, there's always some larger dips around then as people take out funds for holidays, Christmas etc

I'd like to see an initial hit, then try to DC buy regularly.

At the minute to core income comes from affiliate link purchases through Cel Ai, and now the subnet - if they don't make income elsewhere to add to the bank, the only option is to dilute their SP to gain more funds, outside of tactical disposal of BTC during ATH and buying at lows

The subnet could be crucial in continuing to accrue BTC through the dips. If they get the emissions up and utilise it properly the return could be crazy.

What if they aggressively buy BTC in the next month and September hits, it plummets and has to start climbing again?

BTC is the piggy bank, but you need consistent income to fill the piggy otherwise you end up with sofa coins and a small piggy, not the big hog wearing a tuxedo and monocle!

I agree, any investors looking to get in that can hold stocks in LSE & AQSE will join once the move is confirmed.

We will lose any that only trade in LSE stocks, but gain those that trade in AQSE only as well.

There is no way we reach 0.23 soon, were a lot way off from that. We might see some recovery but theres still a lot of noise surrounding the move etc.

@Sxbann - yes this is true, the only concern is if the market price of the subnet drops and stays low, if you stake loads when it's worth 0.62 cents and it drops to 0.30 cents and stays there it's a considerable amount of time earning / climbing the market price.

Although that replicates standard market behaviours anyway, difference is you're accruing more alpha each day so when it does recover you come out net positive.

Big things to get out of the way, once it's on the AQSE the primary focus can sit with how the business performs and there won't be much other noise surrounding it. I'm hoping they spend some funding to stake into the subnet boosting it's baseline

I use IG - They have a lot of products but interface can be awkward, but they trade AQSE

Just filled out my IG transfer form and emailed it - get these sorted of your exchange does not trade AQSE, if the company delists and doesnt trade it then you could lose the ISA status of the shares (according to IG support)

Free trade have told me the last day I can sell my shares is 29th August if the delisting is approved. If the company fails HMRC criteria for ISA it may lose ISA status but it it moves to AQSE I believe it counteracts it and will be fine.

Either way secure it early so you don't have to worry, I've been told it's up to 14 business day turn around

Doubtful of rapid rising, too much noise for interest - Move to new exchange, and delisting - people won’t wanna load up unless they have a plan post move.

Might be able to avoid some trading fees loading up some now though, I’ve noticed some brokers charge fees for each trade so will see.

We need a clear pathway, and some actual statistics from Cel Ai on the subnet performance and ideally a roadmap of their plan for the year and going forward with a bit more details on operation

Give it time to sort itself out

A couple of things can happen:

If your broker has access to the exchange then nothing might change, your broker may hold and allow you to sell through a process if they do not have access.

I believe you can transfer the stocks to another account if they cannot support in any way, not sure how that process works. It’s the first time this is happening for me but that’s just some of the solutions I’ve seen

Just an update for anyone wondering about brokers who will trade Aquis exchange through ISA:

IG seem to allow it, just setup a new ISA on there in preparation if the move is accepted, I can invest in Vault and other groups listed in the Aquis market space.

I just know this is an area of concern for some, IG interface isn’t as simple as Freetrade, but it will get the job done if we need to transfer shares over and want to keep ISA status

I use Open Tensor foundation validator - just check the metagraph so you get the right key for the validator in the subnet

It’s been good my balance of 0.61 Tao has grown to 0.64 over the week - daily is about 2.67 alpha tokens, considering my total balance is 347 alpha tokens it’s growing fast.

My daily APY is 280% - if the subnets value crashes then they become worth a lot less but if it remains stable could be a good earner

Plus the more staked in the net, the more emissions it can accrue - it all feeds back into itself
