Yes sorry I explained it badly! ADR is the first criteria - it would review any and all subnets with an ADR of 1 or less, and then out of the eligible pool, the subnet with the lowest price would be deregistered - newly registered subnets will have 6 months protection.

It's not implemented yet and a long time to go - APR represents demand for the alpha of the subnet too, so I wonder if long term holders but no new purchases indicates less demand, but because its held the price of the subnet is also quite high so acts as secondary protection.

It's just one part of the strategy anyway, and definitely nothing to be concerned about, just something to be aware of!

The Metric used for this is called the Alpha Distribution Ratio - The "APR" - it can be found in the subnets statistics and is at the bottom. The crucial number to stay above is 1 - at a minimum, we should look for Astrid to maintain above this level.

The subnet is currently healthy and is sitting above the minimum, so if the proposal goes through the subnet in itself would be safe!

Just some extra info that's handy to be aware, It's a waiting game with treasuries, once the funds are allocated and then it's a wait and hold to see the progress.

Market trend - at least in the NYSE is very much bullish - this will reflect in crypto's come mid October leading into the end of the year.

TAO can also be staked, either in their own subnet or against the TAO root - one is riskier than the other but if they feed the TAO back into the network, it increases how valuable it is overall and in turn produces more TAO.

Diversification also protects against a singular crash, obviously BTC is worth the most and I think there's correlation with its performance for most of the crypto space, albeit not guaranteed. Good to see, lets see them keep accruing and hopefully bring out running costs of the AI and the subnet.

Good to see they've bought some Etherium - Diversity between the two is good, Ether may have more space to run in the long term as well, and they've shown the TAO accumulated which is really nice.

39k generated from the subnet since its become operational which I believe is a little under two months.

Looking forward to online trading and full ticker changeover happening.

It's not too uncommon for shares to be listed / tradable from a certain date but then take a while to shift over / become tradable - I reckon by mid afternoon everything will likely be up and running.

Although, if the market cap can reach 10m I think cel AI will qualify for the AQSE main market so long as the other criteria are met

So I did a little delve to see how much TAO Olivia has staked in the subnet - it’s about 77 with 20 Tao floating free / unstaked.

No opinion on it, just thought it was cool you can see how much the owner invests in their subnet

That makes a lot more sense - Freetrade offers you a price Thera updates every so often, for lower volumes I think it’s slower, and ones with lots of activity it’s quicker. It even warns you if the estimate price is older than 15 minutes. It’s a bit rubbish like that so when I say I’ve tested the price - I’ve sold a fractional share at the minimal transaction, being 0.10p to feel out the price. - I wonder if it’ll be more reactive through IG, that’s the patience I use for option trading

Huh....yep you've actually got me there, for some reason I never thought to open paper account and get pricing that way, i've done it a few times with live shares - 0.10p a time, Lesson learned thanks for that!

I'm not sure who has upset you today, but I hope it gets better? Small sells to test the market bid IS a real and tried method, the data is delayed by 15 minutes, I've tried it my self to test the price on stocks like this where they can sit at a target for a small amount of time to confirm entry and exit points.

We are typically on the same page, and as far I can see I've not said anything outwardly negative about Cel Ai or the product, just stating the obvious - Subnet emissions are down from where they were, the stock price has also dropped.

Additionally, whilst TAO may be up, if you are staked in the subnet and it is DOWN you may not be profiting, Tao turned to alpha fluctuates with the stock price, so even if TAO hits a high like today, those who have staked at 0.60+ subnet price may not see that profit. I don't know what your issue is with what I've been saying - I've repeatedly said that the company has legs it just needs breathing space and proper reports to show that, everyone expecting a "rocket to the moon" isn't looking forward enough.

It rises and falls overtime, just like the stock market - It's just in a bigger dip currently and i'm saying that the emissions and price of the subnet most likely won't pick up until we are past the the AQSE and they're able to focus on it. I also don't believe I made up any conspiracy theory, if something in my post alluded to that please let me know so I can confirm?

My main point is this is a stock to buy into, pick up some dips / DCA over time, and once all of the "Noise" as it were, gets out of the way, they can start to focus on just the business and its operation. I do believe there's a company here and once it's all clear we'll see a lot of positivity come out of it - but It's a steady growth we want, an explosion is nice but long term nice and steady upwards.

The subnet is considerably down over the last week - hopefully the traffic / workload of Cel Ai increases encouraging miners and stakers into the subnet.

It's going to be a fairly long ride overall. We don't have full understanding of how much Cel Ai is actually used, current vs future revenue, uncertainty due to move to AQSE - Awaiting BTC purchases which won't happen until after AQSE move. Long term we'll need to see the Cel Ai model grow and be used more, Subnet have all of the correct background work in place so miners and validators can contribute to it correctly, transparent and accurate BTC purchases and disposals and then forward looking statements on future revenue, income and possibilities.

In some regards its a sit and forget company whilst they get operations underway, but they do need to be careful - Currently Bittensor are looking at a process for removal of subnet ownership for various reasons - The main one is exploitation where companies / individuals are purchasing the subnet, and using it on "Bogus" or fake projects. Not saying that Cel Ai is doing this, but failure to provide framework for miners / validators, whilst still taking emissions could bring them into the light should that process be developed.

Agreed, as we approach the 14p SP it's indicated there are sellers looking to leave.

Note the various small sells of penny's, I believe this is investors testing the sale price for when the bid hits 14+, I don't anticipate It moving past 0.14 until after the move.

You're going to be sadly disappointed - Tao might be up, subnet is down - emissions are lower today and that means the Alpha is worth less than before.

There won't be a huge reversal, I know we want optimism but it's just non-sensical ramping to expect a huge change in SP when nothing has improved yet!

It can be a way for those without live prices to see current sell price.

Likely it’s someone trying to see if the price has hit the next step of price before trying to offload a portion, since LSE is delayed by 15 minutes

Thanks I’ve just seen this ! - a couple of 0.10p purchases each quarter it is!

Just reading through the Circa and looks like there’s hard confirmation the fundraising of 10M will continue and is granted to the company.

I know this was a bit speculative with debate on what was happening but I’ll quote -

“The Company further announced on 18 July 2025 that it had completed an equity fundraising to raise gross

proceeds of £10 million (before expenses). The net proceeds from that fundraising are intended to be used to

acquire BTC and fund ongoing operations, enhancing the Company’s capital allocation flexibility and providing

a potential hedge against inflation while diversifying our balance sheet.”

Having read through the AQSE move does look to be the correct option, they’ve also confirmed no more corporate action in the immediate future.

I feel a little better reading this in all honestly - hopefully they can just grow the model / business once moved over.
