Hi mate, yes pulled outlay to early and put £10k into AML...Currently 40% down over there...the thing is you just never know...AIM is like a casino sometimes.. I dont know if you know this but if your ever in a casino ...Dont go near the machines, find yourself a nice quiet table and sit down .you need about 5 grand in cash...ask for 100 quid in £1.00 chips...now most people bet on the numbers but I dont...Red or Black..you choose...stick a pound down on say...Red...ok you lose...stick £2 on red...again let's say you lose ...now stick £4.00 down on Red...and let's say again you lose...ok so now its can u guess how much to put down...its 8 quid again on Red, NEVER Change the Colour...EVER...red comes up and hey ho you now have 16 quid...BANK your profit...Start again 1 pound on red or black...you get the idea...sit right in front of the side of the table the red black is right in front of you...I've gone in with 100 quid down and come out a few hundred up in an hour so if you want give it a go, I'd practice it all first at home so you get the idea and how the system works first though...

Thanks Quantum, although I'm not sure I deserve such an honour TBH, a sensible investor is a happy investor, a reckless one is not..that's why I de-risked my investment here. Just being cautious...
Groover..yes feel for you mate, oddly enough me too, I pulled out of NCYT far too soon as well, another case of taking profits too early ...
Everybody...have a great Sunday...

To be honest mate and I follow this stock closely ..I dont know...I don't think anybody does TBH. Just a waiting game..

I think that we all know the risk here, I see peeps buying today and over £4000.00 of stock bought...it really is a bit risky to spend more than a few hundred quid IMHO. I had 10,000.000 shares, sold off half on the spike created over on the other site...hopefully it will do ok but anybody posting with any degree of certainty that an RTO will take place is mistaken. There is no guarantee that such an event will in fact take place..All I'm saying is be cautious here..

Post recommended because that's EXACTLY the situation here at AOGL...boom or bust...red or black..

Transaction into an AIM cash shell and is designed to demystify the process of undertaking reverse transactions and removes some of the unnecessary city jargon.
There is a transparent amount of cash already in the shell ready to invest in the right company.By comparison with the conventional AIM flotation, the fact that cash is already in the shell means that, in some respects, a reverse into an AIM cash shell may be regarded as a lower risk. Certainly the transaction does not rely on attracting new investors to support a fundraising at the time of admission to AIM
We all need to be carefull here... their website looks like it cost 40 quid to put up and there is no info regarding their Broker or anything UK contact related other than the london mailing address used by God knows how many different people, companies et all ...I just hope they have some cash left in the kitty when we get the delayed financial results through towards the end of the month, personally I think it's a crock of steaming .... but time will tell one way or the other. The financials will give us a clue though, like I said, hopefully they've got at least 250k in the bank to do a deal or a joint venture, if they have no assets that's ok as long as they've got cash in the bank..

just sent them an email asking a few questions, nothing that would breach the rules, I got the below for now.
Thank you for getting in touch! We will get back to you shortly
I will let you know if I get a response.

Really depends on how much cash they have left, there is over 4 billion shares in circulation so they have had a fair bit of money over the years, I reckon now though most of it is gone, spent on whatever.. even if we say they have £250,000 left that's not much IMHO.
Hi Alfred,
Unfortunately not my friend, I noticed it was up 45% the other day...well done though, I wish I had acted sooner on Groovers advice, sadly I didn't get the message until it was too late...

Morning Groover, et all
Yes holding onto 5 million is a good idea, it's not much money really if it goes tits up...and a decent return if we get a result...

Well let's just keep our fingers crossed for a good RTO, my gut says otherwise though, they're delaying publishing the accounts to the last minute as well, dont forget...I don't know how it will turn out but I'm sceptical, but still here and perhaps more cautious than optimistic now...time will tell I guess..let's move on...
