New week, same old negative board-washing from Heid Hayhurst I see. What's the extra 150k required for so soon after the last cash injection.... more research required heider things are moving FAST out in Italy!
9 trading days to go tick tock.
Share price up 40% past few weeks plenty more to come. Viva RBD!
Nice to see things progressing at Colle Santo....a little extra ££ required as things continue to move at pace as the EPP progresses.
Good to see the rookie requisitioner sideshow isnt distracting from the main event! Viva RBD!
Another day, another requisition attempt by the indebted money man, the clueless legal eagle and the king of socks!! Good morning to all genuine RBD holders and a special good morning to the couple of weirdo lurkers who love to flood this board with their 'concerns' as interested bystanders.
12 days tick tock
Thanks for the response...almost lost it in all that subsequent copy n pasting you've been doing! You really shouldn't worry about RBD if your only interest is in WN. I set out a pretty clear picture on West Newton earlier...it is getting drilled next year we don't need a change of board to see that through. Additionally, we (I think I speak for the majority of RBD holders) certainly don't want to be giving away a percentage of WN after we've put in all the hard yards already and are on the cusp of proving up the play. Let's hope Kamran can serve a valid requisition notice this time and then we can put this unwanted distraction to bed once again
I can't see Shell struggling to fork out a few mil so no reason why the original terms would be extended. That means it's either £5.1mil or £9.5mil making it's way into RBDs coffers in 12 trading days time. It's no wonder some are trying to steal control with such a huge cash injection versus mcap imminent....
JD I was purposely ignoring all other RBD assets to highlight the fact WN is the company maker here. I'm with you in that Colle Santo looks like an excellent opportunity for RBD although personally I don't think it's on the same level as WN or the wider PEDL opportunities on a WN Hz success case. That said, Colle Santo progress has been rapid to date and if RBD can flip it in the new year a la Victory then all the better for holders (and S&S!)
RBDs success is reliant on a successful horizontal well being drilled at West Newton. As things stand both RBD and UJO are cashed up and 'good to go' with drilling the Hz but Rathlin (operator) can't cover their share of the work programme costs. To address this, Rathlin are actively involved in a funding process which has not yet concluded. On conclusion of this process (with or without further investment from RBD) we will see a return to operations at West Newton and at least 1 company-defining well drilled all within H1 next year.
This is all that really matters as an RBD holder. Some unscrupulous characters are stirring up lot of noise about this that and the next thing but at the end of the day it's West Newton that will really move the needle here. We do not need a new BoD to get that Hz well(s) drilled - things are already in motion and we're max 6 months away from finding out the all-important results. The sooner we get there the better.
Wow Heid Hayhurst and KamranShyster sorry KyleSnyder are in overdrive today.
Golightly the same happened to me last week - I returned to the LSE cesspit after years away as I'm a holder of RBD stock and some of the nonsense being bandied about was just too entertaining I had to bite. Several of my factual posts are disappearing... goes with the territory when you are sane and want the company to do well...
Heid Hayhurst....may I suggest you add some value to this RBD board and present your issues with Colle Santo for the benefit of all instead of enlightening us with nuggets like Count Cattanea is capable of speaking his native tongue and linking us to your endless rambling tweets. A couple bullets highlighting your concerns seems like a lot less effort...
So Kamran the money man loses an eye watering £700k on his RBD investment. Yardley the legal eagle can't draft a valid requisition notice. And Count Cattanea can't even pair his socks.
This is quite the dream team hoping to steal control.
I'm guessing you don't hold RBD stock if you're asking that? Or you can't read RNS's? Or this board where the answer has been posted many times? Or the companies latest results which also contains the answer in detail?
