First post here since Q4 last year. Finally got over the last RHA shafting (no mine puns intended there) and ready to get my revenge. Good to see GR stepping up to the plate with bridging finance this morning. Hopefully the maturity date puts a long stop date on a Zulu Lithium JV deal which should see a fully funded DFS and injection of capital into PREM. That should be enough for a 1 bag minimum on any purchases in the 0.15s.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but where the f*** is this PPA. Tanz gov need to get their finger out and LC needs to manage expectations better. From the start of this year we've had: 05/01/18 - "...we anticipate hitting various value trigger points regarding the MCPP including the completion of the MOU and the final Power Purchase Agreement during Q1" 10/01/18 - "At the meeting on Monday, the commitment of all stakeholders was secured for a firm expedited PPA date, demonstrating positive progress." 14/02/18 - "We will continue to work closely with all the relevant parties and remain positive that the Ministry will honour its commitment to deliver a signed PPA by the end of Q1." 21/03/18 - "...hope to sign the Power Purchase Agreement shortly." 05/04/18 - "This work session of the full PPA task team follows a period of work by the task team that commenced immediately after signing of the MOU and during which we expect to bring their efforts together in positive and productive results in respect of the agreed deliverables stated in the PPA MOU." 10/04/18 - "...heads strongly towards finalizing the PPA." 25/05/18 - "The PPA process is in a very sensitive phase of its development and this requires the utmost patience, consideration and discretion from all stakeholders." Get it over the line!

Similar to my own thoughts... ideally within the next 2 weeks, hoping for mid-June, realistically end June. I honestly can't believe there is still opportunity to buy in the 4's. If I had traded this since my initial entry in 2014 I'd probably be sitting on a pile of shares as big as wimbo's!

So what do we reckon Kiboomers... "The PPA process is in a very sensitive phase of its development". LC needs to either temper expectations or deliver. Are we looking at a couple weeks or further long, drawn out months of executing "utmost patience".... Get your bets in now.

Not sure its that simple... the 200mil-odd shares we issued were exchanged in return for an asset of value. The value of that asset, and all KIBOs other assets, have dropped. Significantly. There are still big question marks over whether or not we can pull this off and there is no escaping that.

Looking at the SP performance from late March... you wouldn't think KIBO are on the verge of locking in revenues for the next 25+ years...

This has to be one of the more comfortable longer term holds on AIM. SDX are doing a sterling job yet the wider market isn't pricing in recent updates from the company. Similar to my experience in ELA, they had a full work programme planned which would see bopd more than double yet the SP wasn't moving. Eventually the market caught up and the SP near enough doubled. I have every confidence the same will happen here - its just a matter of patience and time.

Over 100% profit from initial IPO, thats me out. Can see this being reintroduced to ftse100 and hitting previous highs but as they say... leave some for the next man! GL all

There's obviously a lot of risk priced in here but for very good reason. ELA is doing a great job at ramping up production but operating in Nigeria with the recent threads emanating from "The Niger Delta Avengers" make this hard to invest in. Pity.

Anyone see the 2 £100k trades from 25th Aug @ 52.5p? I'm guessing that isn't your average joe having a punt on the next RNS...

Good job elland thanks for keeping us informed. If we're on track with all timelines quoted then the rig should be on site. I'm presuming drilling hasn't started based on lack of comms so best guestimate would be end Sept or thereabouts for op-7 coming online?

Picked up a few ELA shares at a bargain 49.2p. Hoping for a busy August in terms of news flow... Rig move confirmation, LACT installation, OP-7 sidetrack, increased bopd. I'll take 70p by Sept :)

Previous RNS stated approx 1 month to complete sidetrack of OP-7...with drilling now delayed and starting in Aug are we looking at Sept for increased bopd to come online?

After several reads I think I have finally got my head around the latest RNS. Production is up with Opuama-1 back online. Elcrest due another $9.2m from the last of the shipped receivables. "The Company expects liftings using the current export route to commence in June." - Does this mean we are using forcados pipeline again?? ELA and Starcrest are JV partners holding shares in Elcrest - both parties owed $17m which will be paid from increased revenue from OP1 + 3. "however 55% of this charge ($9.5 million) is attributable to the non-controlling interest holder, as to be disclosed in our forthcoming annual report." - who is the non-controlling interest holder...starcrest?? With regards to last para - presumably the $360m Elcrest 'owes' ELA will be paid back from ongoing revenue? Is this understanding correct?

Thanks for the info jk. I took a position in here hoping for some action at the last production update but was pretty muted to say the least! Happy to hold for now... always a chance of a buyout ;)
